The initial Livingston, New Jersey-based residence was built in the late 1800s by famed architect Stanford White, who was responsible for designing the Tiffany building on Fifth Avenue, the original Madison Square Garden complex and the arch at Washington Square Park in Manhattan, among other landmark structures. Our high-end space has 6 different spaces including a large great room, library, wellness room, apothecary, kitchen and outdoor courtyard. We are also right across the street from a beautifully designed park. Our space is perfect for corporate off-sites with a large presentation and meeting room and full LED flat panel. We only rent for full days (not by the hour), you can rent one studio for $5,000 or the entire space for $8,000 for up to 12 hours. This includes a studio and kitchen manager but does not include catering. Should you require catering or have more than 100 people, rental of the entire space is mandatory.
