You’ll have a 5-hour window for receptions and a 5 and 1/2 hour window for a ceremony and a reception. No rush to hurry through and you’ll be given your choice of a variety of options. You’ll have your choice of a variety of catering vendors that are approved by the vineyard and you can also choose your own as long as they are approved by management and insured. Choose from several locations in the vineyard for your ceremony or choose the Gallery One Barn for all of the rustic charms you could ever want for your special day. Weddings With all the north fork charm,RGNY’s spaces include special comforts and updates for you and your guests. Our outdoor space showcases both our vineyard and horse pasture. Couples are permitted to take photos inside the vineyard among the fruit and along the Parisian inspired hedges along the perimeter. Our Renaissance Room will accommodate a variety of guests from a simple luncheon to a formal banquet. Its antique finishes are complemented by polished cherry and rich mahogany. WEDDINGS AT PALMER VINEYARDS Set in 55 acres of lush vineyards, Palmer offers a romantic and unique setting for your wedding day. The Tasting House overlooks lush vineyards and enjoys lovely, North Fork, sunset views. Guests can enjoy the Deck or kick up their heels in the 19th-century English Pub Tasting Room Site Rental Palmer Vineyards is closed to public the day of your wedding. We rent our space out to our guests for a 6 hour time frame. The rental fee is $15,000 on Saturdays and $12,000 on any other day of the week. This includes the use of our entire grounds, including the Tasting Room, Back Patio, Lawn Area, Pavilion and Farm House. Staffing and Security There is a $800 staffing fee for the use of Palmer Vineyards employees. 5 total staff members. This includes 2 managers and 3 servers on premise throughout the duration of the wedding. Palmer Staff is NOT responsible for the set up or breakdown of any party rentals, including tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and wedding décor. Palmer Vineyards requires the use of security to be present during the duration of the wedding. This is a fee of $200 is to be paid by the licensee. This is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests during the wedding. Wine Wedding parties are required to purchase a minimum of 5 cases of wine at a 20% discount. You can mix and match various wines. Palmer Vineyards has the ability to pour NYS produced beer at the cost of the licensee. Any other alcoholic beverages are not permitted unless the proper contracts and permits are executed. Security Deposit A security deposit of $1,000 is due at the signing of the contract. This deposit is to protect Palmer Vineyards of any damages that may occur during the event. Payment All costs above are subject to NYS Sales Tax. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the site rental is due at the signing of your contract. The remaining balance including the remainder of the Site Fee, The Staffing and Security Fee, and the Wine Purchase is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. Failure to pay in full 30 days prior to the event, the deposit is forfeited and Palmer Vineyards is free to rent the space that day. Limitations -PALMER is not licensed for food or liquor consumption. That is between you and your caterer. -While PALMER carries adequate insurance, for your own protection you need to evaluate what insurance you should get for any liability or damage that can occur to you or your guests on or off premise, or any liability or damage caused by you or your guests. -Most wedding parties have hired buses to transport their guests to protect them from driving while intoxicated and we strongly recommend you do the same for your own and your guests protection and happiness. -Please make sure you and your caterer agree to leave the premises in as good and clean a condition as when you arrived. The security deposit will be used to cover the cost of any damages to Palmer property and or additional garbage removal. -Local conditions require that there is no amplified music outdoors after 10pm. -Your security deposit will be refunded after you have settled your bill including wines and any other services we may have provided, such as cleaning or garbage disposal or repairs. -PALMER is only renting the space and is not liable in any for anything that may go wrong. Should PALMER be found liable, the wedding party agrees hereby to limit PALMER’s liability to no more than $100 and agrees further to indemnify PALMER for any liability that may result out of renting you the facility for your wedding party.

The Madoo Conservancy's gardens will reopen to the public on Friday, April 29, following a two-week closure. Pindar Vineyards' Pavilion and surrounding field can accommodate up to 80 persons for an outdoor event. For smaller gatherings, we also have the magnificent covered Wisteria Deck and the interior Lobby Gallery. Pindar Vineyards is contracted for the site fee and wine to be served, and an outside caterer is contracted for all food, rental, and non-wine beverage needs. The following is the pricing. Wedding of Pindar The cost of the Pindar Pavilion and surrounding grass area, as well as a half bottle of wine each person, ranges from $3,200 to $4,500, depending on the size of the wedding. The party host is responsible for the tent, tables, and chairs. The party and/or caterer are also responsible for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The site fee secures the full tasting room for your event. [Availability to be explored at a later date.] In addition to the site rental price, a fixed $150 staffing fee will be levied. Corporate Gatherings Pindar Vineyards is always open to hosting corporate events. Smaller gatherings of 30-60 persons can be accommodated. The Pavilion charges $350 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. A half-bottle of wine is required each participant. On request, a tour of the winery is included. [Please note that for corporate parties, the Pavilion area will be reserved for your party, but the winery tasting room will remain open at the above mentioned pricing.] The Wisteria Deck can seat 30 people for $350 per hour with a half-bottle of wine purchased per person as a minimum. On request, a tour is offered. In addition to the rental fee for the Pavilion and Wisteria Deck, a flat $150 staffing fee will be applied. Milestone & Celebration Events Baby showers, birthday parties, baptisms, bridal showers, and other events are all possible. $350 per hour for the Pavilion; $350 per hour for the Wisteria Deck; $250 per hour for the Lobby area. Experience the Courtyard... The Courtyard highlights a beautifully manicured yard with a tented stone patio and an authentic 1800's barn. It is an intimate setting but comfortable for up to 120 guests. Featuring two a beautiful oak trees where you can say 'I do', transform our courtyard for your country wedding. First grab a cocktail from the bar in the 1800's barn and in just a short walk arrive at the apple orchard. Take some time in the orchard to grab some pictures -and apples- snack hors d'oeuvre's and enjoying the beautiful weather during your wedding. End the evening with your seated dinner on the patio and dance the night away. A wedding at the Manor should be hassle free, and that is why we include use of the bridal suite for your wedding party. Having the bridal sweet gives you the ability to bring in your hair and makeup team so that you don't have to worry about going anywhere the day of. Enjoy cocktails and finger foods while you and your bridal party comfortably get ready for your big day.
