We also have a piano available for performances and recitals. In addition there is a 24/7 convenience shop and a business center. We have 1 Ballroom divisible by air wall into a 1/3 vs 2/3 breakdown. Our ballroom accomodates 185 guests in a reception, 140 theater style, 100 for a seated dinner at rounds of 8 to 10, and 70 classroom style. We also have a boardroom that seats 12 people.

Graceland, the Memphis home of Elvis Presley, hosts private events and weddings across several distinctive venues on and around the historic estate. Because the mansion and grounds are reserved for tours out of respect for Elvis's residence and burial site, functions are held at Elvis Presley's Memphis, the entertainment complex across from the mansion, which brings together multiple connected spaces for progressive receptions with bars and food stations throughout. Event spaces include the Graceland Soundstage and Elvis: The Entertainer Career Museum, each 20,000 square feet and suited to everything from live performances and trade show exhibitions to corporate meetings and conferences; the Graceland Exhibition Center, two connected 10,000-square-foot bays styled as blank canvases for parties and exhibitions; and Presley Motors Car Museum, where guests can dine among Elvis's car collection, including his Pink Cadillac. For weddings, Graceland's Chapel in the Woods sits in the woods on the estate's historic grounds, with high beam wood ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the forest, and its own bridal and groom's rooms. Dixon Gallery & Gardens is a museum and public garden set on seventeen acres in Memphis, Tennessee, built around the home, gardens, and art collection bequeathed by Margaret Oates Dixon and Hugo Norton Dixon. The museum's collection includes more than 2,000 objects, with particular strength in French and American Impressionist paintings alongside notable German and English porcelain, and the Dixon mounts eight to ten exhibitions each year across its galleries. The surrounding gardens combine formal plantings, woodland areas, and cutting gardens, and offer two settings for wedding ceremonies: the sweeping South Lawn and the more intimate, circular Bowlin Stage, each accommodating up to 200 guests. Receptions and rehearsal dinners move indoors to the Hughes Pavilion, a brick building in the Woodland Gardens with large skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows that look out over woodland, lawn, and garden sculpture; surrounding patios, covered by a seasonal tent, let the celebration extend outdoors. The Pavilion accommodates up to 200 guests for a cocktail-style reception or 80 to 150 for a seated meal. For couples who prefer a smaller ceremony, the Dixon also offers a vow-exchange option for fifteen guests or fewer, with a choice of smaller garden backdrops throughout the property. On-site catering is handled in partnership with Park + Cherry by Chef Phillip Dewayne.

The Pink Palace Mansion & Museum occupies the unfinished dream home of Clarence Saunders, founder of the Piggly Wiggly grocery chain, whose distinctive pink marble facade gave the building its enduring nickname. After Saunders lost the property to bankruptcy, the mansion was given to the city of Memphis in the late 1920s and has since grown into a museum of Memphis and Mid-South history, with a multi-story expansion added in 1975 that introduced a Giant Screen Theater and planetarium alongside the original building. That mix of formal historic rooms and modern museum spaces gives the venue an unusually wide range for private events, from the elegant Mansion and its Ballroom to the Mezzanine, Giant Screen Theater, AutoZone Planetarium, and Deep End Theater. Weddings, corporate events, private screenings, galas, and educational gatherings are all hosted on-site, with options suited to intimate parties as well as large celebrations, and a full facility buyout available for the biggest events. Every rental comes with support from a dedicated Special Events Coordinator, along with tables and chairs, use of the on-site catering kitchens, and free on-site parking. Renting the Mansion also includes two private getting-ready suites, one on each side of the building, for wedding parties preparing before the event.

Chimes & Occasions has hosted weddings, receptions, and private celebrations in the heart of Midtown Memphis since 1998, just a couple of blocks south of Overton Square near the Cooper Young neighborhood. The venue is built around two connected spaces. The Chimes is a non-denominational chapel designed in the style of an old French chapel, with 15-foot ceilings and furnished dressing rooms for the wedding party, and it welcomes couples to bring in their own officiant. Occasions Reception Hall can be booked on its own for any type of gathering or paired with the Chimes for a full wedding and reception. It's furnished with European antiques and accessories and opens onto a landscaped rear courtyard, with tables, chairs, and linens included in the rental. Chimes & Occasions keeps catering flexible, with no minimum food or beverage requirements — couples and hosts are free to bring in their own catering or outside vendors, use the on-site kitchen for food warming, and supply their own alcohol.

Located in Downtown Memphis's historic South Main Arts District, the Jack Robinson Gallery is a rustic, urban event venue set against the backdrop of Jack Robinson's vintage photography. Robinson, born in Meridian, Mississippi in 1928, built a celebrated career shooting for Vogue, The New York Times, and Life before an extensive archive of his negatives — featuring subjects from Andy Warhol to Joni Mitchell — was discovered after his death. His friend Dan Oppenheimer founded the gallery to preserve and showcase that legacy, and today the space doubles as a photography exhibition and a private event venue. The gallery spans two floors and more than 2,500 square feet. The downstairs area suits smaller gatherings — ceremonies, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, and photo shoots — while the upstairs ballroom accommodates larger receptions, galas, and corporate events. Rentals include use of the gallery's tables, chairs, sound system, and moveable bar, with the vintage photographs providing a distinctive backdrop throughout.

The property includes a Visitor Center with interactive exhibits, a Backyard Wildlife Center home to more than 50 native species, and a greenhouse where plants are grown for an annual spring sale. With spectacular lake and woodland views, the Nature Center accommodates from two to 250 guests across a variety of indoor and outdoor event spaces, making it suited to wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate events, celebrations of life, and family reunions. The Williams R. Loewenberg Visitor Center offers expansive windows and large decks with panoramic views of the lake, while the open-air Davidson Special Events Pavilion sits at the forest's edge with a fieldstone fireplace, serving kitchen, and lawns available for ceremonies. Visitor Center rentals include use of a large catering kitchen with prep tables, commercial warming ovens and refrigerator, an ice machine, and a three-compartment sink, giving hosts the flexibility to bring in outside catering for their event.
