Tuckerman Hall is a neo-classical event venue in Worcester, Massachusetts, designed in 1902 by Josephine Wright Chapman, one of America's first female architects. Originally built as the headquarters of the Worcester Woman's Club, the building was acquired by the Massachusetts Symphony Orchestra in 1981 and has since served as one of Worcester's most distinguished gathering spaces. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and sits within a National Historic District. The main auditorium rises to a 40-foot ceiling graced with intricate plaster detail and exceptional millwork, with acoustics recognized as among the finest for a venue of its size in the United States. The full-stage hall accommodates up to 521 guests for concerts, 350 for standing receptions, 270 for corporate dinners, and 200 for weddings. Additional spaces include a circular lower hall with its own stage, eight architecturally distinctive turret suites, and a top-floor bridal suite. Event services include an award-winning in-house catering team, a full liquor license with open, cash, or combination bar options, and complete audiovisual capabilities including HD film screening and a house PA system. The venue hosts one wedding per weekend, ensuring personalized attention for each couple.

The Chestnut Room at Blissful Meadows Golf Club is a one-of-a-kind setting in which to host a reception for your guests. The Chestnut Room, which is located on the second floor of our historic, Victorian barn, which was built in 1880, features exposed chestnut beams and stunning views of our 18-hole golf course, as well as a fireplace. In addition to providing natural backgrounds with seasonal foliage, the course itself includes a gazebo area set among perennial gardens, an antique horse buggy, and a variety of antique cars, all of which make for excellent photographic opportunities. It is handicap accessible via an enclosed elevator, and the Chestnut Room at Blissful Meadows can accommodate up to 185 guests in comfort and style. Our new Pavilion, which overlooks the Blissful Meadows grounds and historic clubhouse, has earned the title of "Highest Point in Uxbridge" by being the "Highest Point in Uxbridge." This open-air structure can accommodate up to 200 guests and is equipped with sliding doors that completely seal off the enclosure from inclement weather and other elements of nature. An additional feature of this location is the adjacent gaming area, which is included in your rental fee and is available for optional yard games. There is a separate ceremony site with a natural wood arbor on the Pavilion grounds that can be rented out for an additional fee. Higgins Armory, which is conveniently located near three major interstate highways as well as the Boston/Maine Railroad, is the ideal venue for both your personal and business needs, and it is available for rent. We are conveniently located in the "Heart of the Commonwealth," which means that we have something to offer everyone. If it's a wedding or a gala, the Quest Room is the perfect setting for a baby shower or birthday party, and the Auditorium is the perfect setting for a business conference or magic show, we'll know exactly how to make your next event unforgettable! A unique venue in New England, the Great Hall is a must-see for anyone visiting the region. The Armory, with its Renaissance style and elegance, would be an excellent venue for any special event. The Quest Room, which is beautifully painted in a renaissance style, can be rented for a variety of events including birthday parties, baby showers, paint nights, game nights, meetings, and more. The Starting Gate at GreatHorse provided excellent service and facilities for the ERC5 Chamber of Commerce's sold-out event this past week, which drew several hundred local business people to the venue. Membership has access to an excellent and professionally managed facility with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Following the events of the previous week, it is almost certain that many more people are now aware of it. It was certainly enjoyable for me!
