The Ashton Depot, which spans 10,000 square feet and features a stunning outdoor courtyard measuring 3,200 square feet, routinely plays home to sit-down dinners for 30 to 350 guests and celebrations for 50 to 500 or more people. Tents may be set up in the courtyard, making it an ideal location for cocktail gatherings. The private suite is available for booking by smaller parties and has the capacity to accommodate up to thirty people. Marble flooring, tin ceilings, fine woodwork, and one-of-a-kind stained glass windows were all present in the building when it was first constructed in 1899, and all of these features can be seen in the big ballroom. People who are interested in gastronomy, history, and everything in between are among our visitors. We have a 9,750 +/- sq ft hangar with a temperature controlled 540 sq ft lobby containing two restrooms. Our space can also include 16,100 sq ft of ramp space, great for a partially outdoor event! With over 25,000 sq ft of usable space the opportunities are endless. We are conveniently located on the Addison Airport, right off of Dallas North Tollway. Our lobby is located within the historic building at 4500 Westgrove Drive. We can host a wide variety of events from charity functions, weddings, company parties, photoshoots, vehicle grand reveals, small concerts, expos and more! Let your imagination run wild as this space is a blank canvas, so you can decorate and make it fit any theme or occasion. There is a huge hangar door what can be opened as much or as little as you prefer. Also, we have heaters in the hangar for cooler days. The charms of this old brick warehouse can be customized to almost any style – vintage, industrial, rustic, modern, simplistic or elaborate. This 100 year-old building was once a textile mill. During renovations, many of the charming characteristics were preserved, including the original hardwood floors and old scale. The building sat vacant for years until late 2015 when Lynsie acquired the space and set her vision in motion. Today, BRIK is one of the first established businesses in the up and coming neighborhood of Near Southside.
