Seville Quarter
130 E Government St, Pensacola, FL 32502, USA- Spaces for 160 Guests
Seville Quarter is a historic entertainment complex in downtown Pensacola, Florida, occupying a 19th-century warehouse on East Government Street. Founded in 1967 by Bob Snow — who converted a deteriorating warehouse into "Rosie O'Grady's Warehouse," a casual venue serving beer and peanuts alongside Dixieland jazz — the property has grown into one of the Gulf Coast's most established entertainment destinations. The Mitchell family has owned and operated the complex since 1988. The complex spans seven individually themed rooms — Rosie O'Grady's, Phineas Phogg's, Apple Annie's, Lili Marlene's, End o' the Alley Bar, Fast Eddie's, and Palace Café — along with Heritage Hall, a dedicated banquet facility, and two outdoor courtyards. Each space carries its own character, making the complex well suited for events ranging from intimate rehearsal dinners to large wedding receptions and corporate gatherings. Heritage Hall, at the east end of the complex, features antique furniture and hardwood floors and can be divided into two rooms — the DeLuna and Ariola — for smaller events. An executive chef and full kitchen team handle catering, with options ranging from breakfast and hors d'oeuvres to full dinner service with custom menus.
