Carnegie Hall at Newport occupies a landmark 1898 building at 401 Monmouth Street in Newport, Kentucky, originally constructed as Campbell County's first public library with a grant from philanthropist Andrew Carnegie. The building's Italian Renaissance architecture features marble columns with Corinthian capitals, original carved woodwork, high ceilings with ornate trim, and elegant chandeliers throughout its 10,000 square feet across three floors. The venue accommodates up to 250 guests for cocktail-style events and up to 150 for seated dinners. The space includes an elegant foyer -- where the marble bar once served as the library's circulation desk -- the Grand Ballroom with a stage for live entertainment, personal suites, and an outdoor garden terrace. Its collection includes animated neon signs, among them the iconic Fergie Ferguson Car Wash sign, and hands-on programming through Neonworks, its working neon studio. The museum recently marked its 25th anniversary. Four versatile event venues accommodate private gatherings from intimate meetings to large celebrations of up to 350 guests. Every rental includes an onsite event coordinator, tables and chairs, a speaker system, 4,000-lumen projectors with large screens, wireless microphones, setup and teardown, and full access to the museum's exhibits throughout the event.

Built in 1873, The Little Red Schoolhouse is a historic event venue situated on a tree-shaded lawn at 8100 Given Road in the Indian Hill community of Cincinnati, Ohio. The red-brick building and its spacious grounds provide a rural, historical setting for weddings, receptions, parties, business meetings, and all other types of gatherings. The Schoolhouse is rented as an exclusive-use venue -- only one event per day -- giving guests access to both the full interior and the yard. Indoors, the roughly 25-by-50-foot main hall accommodates up to 125 standing or 80 seated at tables. The tree-lined yard expands capacity to approximately 200 guests and is suitable for tented events, outdoor games, and string lighting. The building includes a commercial kitchen with two gas ovens, a gas stove, a double refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. Additional features include a basement dressing area, a school bell, chalkboard walls, a drop-down presentation screen, podium, microphone, speakers, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a handicap ramp with accessible restrooms.
