There is sufficient seating for all of your visitors. These grounds can host tented events for up to 120 guests with plenty of space for you and your guests for outdoor receptions. Potomac Point Winery is a winery wedding venue in Stafford, Virginia that can accommodate up to 150 guests. Riverside Center for the Performing Arts is a dinner theater in Stafford County, just outside Fredericksburg, Virginia, presenting Broadway-style musicals and live productions with an optional three-course dinner. The theater opened in June 1998 with a production of Oklahoma!, built around founder Rollin E. Wehman's vision for a dinner theater format, and today seats more than 400 guests at tiered tables around a traditional proscenium stage. The building includes Virginia's only dinner theatre fly loft, along with a chandeliered lobby and ballroom. The organization rebranded as Riverside Center for the Performing Arts in 2016, adding live orchestras to its productions, and achieved 501(c)(3) nonprofit status in 2024, expanding its educational programs and community scholarships in the performing arts. Patrick A'Hearn has served as CEO and Producing Artistic Director since 2010, guiding Riverside into a major regional theater along the Richmond-Washington corridor. The Clubs at Quantico and Crossroads Events Center sits on historic Marine Corps Base Quantico in Virginia, offering banquet and reception space for both military and private occasions. The venue accommodates weddings, dining-in and mess nights, promotions, retirements, changes of command, seminars, conferences, and symposiums, with a professional events staff overseeing each occasion. Event space includes multiple ballrooms with flexible configurations, among them the Waller Room and the Runners Room, which can be combined for larger gatherings. Each room is equipped with PowerPoint capability, motorized projection screens, wireless and wired microphones, WiFi, four projectors with 5K lumens, and a 24-speaker sound system with digital signal processors, suiting the space to both formal ceremonies and presentations. The Inn At The Old Silk Mill is located in the heart of Fredericksburg's historic downtown. The Inn, which was built in the 1930s, was one of the largest motor lodges on the east coast at the time. The Inn exudes a relaxed elegance that is infused with a sense of nostalgia for a bygone period. There are 27 antique-appointed bed and breakfast rooms, each with its own private bath, making the Inn an excellent choice for a romantic weekend away, wedding reception, corporate retreat, or any other occasion. A warm greeting awaits guests in the foyer, which features a magnificent staircase and chandelier (which is thought to have formerly belonged to the George Mason family). It also serves as a fantastic photo opportunity. During the winter months, our guests can warm themselves by the fireplace in the lobby, which also includes a parlor area with a player piano, coffee, tea, and cookies for their enjoyment. During the warmer months, the Courtyard, which is located between the Inn and the Mill, is a wonderful area to sit and unwind. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in our on-site Copper Shop, where our local coppersmith, Al Green, handcrafts his popular and patented "Fredericksburg Lantern," which can be purchased. Every day, a hot, freshly prepared continental breakfast is provided at no charge. The courtyard, which is straight out the back doors of the Inn and leads to the Silk Mill, is a great place for outdoor seating. The Inn is an ideal location for romantic vacations, girls weekends, family or military reunions, church and business retreats, and even a small private wedding ceremony and reception.

The Gauntlet Golf Club is a semi-public championship course near Fredericksburg, Virginia, designed by P.B. Dye, son of legendary architect Pete Dye. Opened in 1995, the par-72, 6,900-yard layout is set around Curtis Memorial Park's lake and features bentgrass greens, zoysia fairways, and the area's largest grass practice facility, alongside a Trackman4 indoor simulator for year-round play. The clubhouse's 19th Hole Bar and Grill offers indoor and veranda seating overlooking the course, pouring local craft beer alongside a full menu. For private celebrations, the newly renovated Twilight Room hosts up to 110 guests for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, and other special occasions, backed by a fully stocked bar, a veranda with golf course views, and an on-site culinary team preparing every event from a fully equipped kitchen. With membership nearing 350 and instruction from PGA professionals Anthony Russell and Shawn O'Donnell, the club also welcomes non-members for daily green fees on both 9- and 18-hole rounds.

Rock Hill Pavilion, formerly known as Rock Hill Plantation House, is a family-owned rural estate in Stafford, Virginia that has hosted weddings, conferences, and other celebrations for 18 years. The venue is owned and operated by Stefan and Dorothy Maier, and welcomes up to 120 guests for a single event with exclusive use of the property for the day. Nestled in the rolling countryside of northwestern Stafford, the estate's grounds include three ponds and several centenarian trees that provide a backdrop for wedding-day portraits. Couples prepare in the main house's antique-furnished Bridal Suite before exchanging vows in the outdoor Ceremonial Pavilion, surrounded by garden and pasture views. The celebration then moves indoors to the Carriage House Reception Hall, which features a chef's kitchen, wheelchair-accessible restrooms, and a veranda overlooking the pool and its fountain. Rock Hill Pavilion is located about an hour and fifteen minutes from Washington, D.C., with easy access to Interstate 95, Route 17, and Fredericksburg. Rental packages include exclusive use of the grounds, a complimentary rehearsal, event setup and cleanup, tables and chairs, and a 10% discount for military members and first responders.
