Part of the West Chelsea Historic District, STORIED was originally home to one of the city’s first taxi garages in the early 1900s. In later chapters, it served as Annie Leibovitz’s home and studio, Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet’s performance space, and most recently, Chelsea Factory, whose sole mission was to support the artists, ensembles, and arts organizations of New York City.

Located on the waterfront with sweeping skyline views, The Brant Event Space is a modern, light filled venue suited for everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale events. The design is clean and open, making it easy to shape the space around your event, while on-site solar and battery storage are thoughtfully integrated into how the building operates adding a meaningful sustainability element to the experience. Marte Hall is a family-owned event venue serving the East Williamsburg and Bushwick area of Brooklyn. Part of the BrooklynPartyHall.com family of venues, Marte Hall offers a flexible blank-canvas setting with an experienced management team committed to making each event smooth, organized, and memorable. The venue has been operating since 2015 and underwent a complete renovation in 2020. Its approximately 2,500-square-foot event space can be customized for weddings, birthdays, Sweet 16s, baby showers, repasts, corporate events, and other private celebrations. Marte Hall accommodates up to 120 guests and features Wi-Fi, an illuminated in-house bar, ductless air conditioning and heating, teakwood flooring, three restrooms, and dimmable dynamic lighting. A prep kitchen is available with a sink, refrigeration, and space for food preparation and staging. Marte Hall does not have a full commercial kitchen, stove, oven, or gas cooking equipment. Outside vendors may be used, allowing clients flexibility in creating an event that reflects their own style and vision
