The grounds feature four period-furnished homes that have been artfully preserved — the Hodgson Lumpkin House, the Donald-Epting House, the Rock House, and the Quinn Cottage — spanning architectural styles from the late 1700s through the early twentieth century. Each home offers its own character: the Donald-Epting House anchors the property with gardens, open fields, and an in-ground pool; the Rock House is a solid fieldstone cottage built in 1920; and the Quinn Cottage provides a large back porch overlooking the grounds.
