The property features 23 cottages in Victorian, Florida Cracker, and Georgian architectural styles, making it a full-destination resort for weddings, family reunions, and corporate retreats. For events, the resort offers the Gulf Coast Conference Center — a Georgian-style building with 1,800 square feet of function space accommodating up to 90 guests. The center features a wood-burning fireplace, chandelier lighting, a stage with sound system, and a separate bar area, and is suited to wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, seminars, and private dinners. The adjoining Magnolia Room adds 1,000 square feet of octagonal entertaining space with hardwood floors, a dance floor, serving kitchen, and covered-walkway connection to the Conference Center — a natural pairing for larger receptions or standalone executive retreats of up to 40 guests.
