Here's what we offer: The Nest: This one's the showstopper! Hardwood dance floor, full stage with stage lighting, two smoke machines, five 100" TVs, DJ-grade lighting package, full A/V IT, and a built-in full bar. The party room, plain and simple. Banquet Space: A flexible, configurable hall with a built-in divider that runs as one big room or splits cleanly into two. Built for baby showers, bridal showers, business meetings, rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, and seated dinners of every shape and size. The Rrazz Room: Our intimate cabaret-style room, fully outfitted for live performance, including bands, vocalists, piano, and comedy. This room has a long, proud history of hosting talented artists. Bonfire Bar Lounge: A casual full-bar space with surround sound, a projector screen, and TVs. Great for cocktail hours, smaller get-togethers, and a casual bar setting. Watch parties are welcome up here, too, though we'd love to host them downstairs in The Nest as well! Outdoor Patio: A seasonal open-air patio available for private rental. HollyHedge Estate is an 18th-century farm and estate perched above the Delaware River near New Hope, Pennsylvania, in historic Bucks County. The original stone structure was built in the 1780s by carpenter Watson Fell, whose family farmed the land for nearly 240 years; in the 1930s, former Trenton Times editor James Kerney transformed the property into a private estate, adding the ornate English gardens that still shape its grounds today. The Luccaro family has owned HollyHedge since 1994. Couples and corporate groups can choose from indoor and outdoor ceremony options across the property, including the courtyard and the Historic Stone Barn for cocktail hour, and a modern event space for formal receptions. HollyHedge's in-house planning team and catering staff handle every wedding on site, preparing seasonal menus with local farmers and distributors, and a liquor license allows the estate to offer bar service as part of its wedding packages. The Estate also operates The Inn at HollyHedge, 15 guest rooms set in the original manor house and fieldstone outbuildings, giving wedding guests a place to stay just steps from the celebration. The property runs on solar energy and grows some of its own produce for the kitchen, reflecting the sustainability focus the current owners have brought to the estate's long history.

The property brings together an award-winning restaurant, a 46-room boutique hotel, and dedicated event facilities in a single historic building. The Riverside Ballroom is the venue's primary event space, accommodating up to 200 guests behind floor-to-ceiling windows that frame unobstructed views of the Delaware River. In-house wedding planning and customized menu design are available for private celebrations ranging from rehearsal dinners to full receptions. The property's combination of on-site lodging and riverside dining makes it a natural choice for destination events and multi-day gatherings.

Brookmill Farm is a private estate retreat set on nearly 14 acres of wooded grounds outside Lambertville, New Jersey. The 200-plus-year-old property sits alongside a tranquil brook and features two houses with eight sleeping rooms, a spacious bridal suite with views of the grounds, an oversized lap pool, a fire pit gathering area, a private waterfall, and a covered bridge. The estate specializes in weekend wedding retreats — full-property buyouts where couples and their guests stay on-site from Friday through Sunday. The grounds accommodate up to 250 guests for ceremonies and receptions, with an Intimate Affairs option available for groups under 50. Add-on rentals include a framed tent with permits, a 20-by-28-foot dance floor, Chiavari chairs, and shuttle service.
