Toledo Botanical Garden is a 60-acre botanical museum in Toledo, Ohio, now part of the Metroparks Toledo system, blending display gardens, plant collections, art installations, and a two-acre urban farm. Its tree and shrub collections hold Level II Accreditation from the ArbNet Arboretum Accreditation Program, awarded in March 2025. The garden's grounds include the Artisan Village, home to the region's largest public sculpture collection, and the Doneghy Inclusive Garden, an accessible sensory garden of sights, sounds, tastes, and textures. The Secret Forest offers a nature-focused children's playscape, and the garden hosts recurring programming such as the Crosby Festival of the Arts and the Jazz in the Garden summer concert series. The Legacy Golf Club & Banquet Facility sits on 200 rolling acres in Ottawa Lake, Michigan, anchored by an 18-hole championship course designed by architect Arthur Hills. Five lakes wind through the property, and the banquet spaces are positioned to take advantage of that setting — the indoor ballroom features floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of the 18th green, while a newly constructed outdoor chapel offers a ceremony backdrop surrounded by the course grounds. The club accommodates indoor gatherings of up to 200 guests and outdoor events of more than 300. Full-service catering spans plated dinners, buffet spreads, passed hors d'oeuvres, and dessert tables, with customizable menus for weddings, corporate functions, showers, rehearsal dinners, fundraisers, and holiday parties. Setup and teardown are included, and the venue coordinates with vendor partners for DJ and dessert services. On-site event planning and day-of coordination are available for every booking.

Collingwood Arts Center occupies a landmark historic complex in Toledo's Old West End, with the building's oldest section dating to 1872 and expanded by the Ursuline Nuns through 1905. The center preserves and activates this storied property as a hub for art, performance, and community — housing more than 80 active artist studios, three theaters, a historic mansion, and a dedicated circus space. The center hosts a rotating calendar of public events, including Toledo Fringe Fest and community theater productions. The building is also recognized as one of Ohio's most famously haunted locations, having been featured on the Discovery and Travel Channel, and welcomes groups for private ghost hunt experiences.

Founded in 1889, The Toledo Club is a historic private club in downtown Toledo, Ohio, offering multiple elegant event spaces under one historic roof. The Club blends its historic character with modern event capability, hosting everything from wedding weekends to corporate gatherings and community celebrations. For weddings, The Toledo Club coordinates full wedding weekends, including bridal showers, welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, cocktail hours, receptions, after parties, and farewell brunches, with a professional planning and hospitality coordination team supporting each event. The Club also hosts private events such as birthdays, anniversaries, showers, and reunions, as well as corporate events like board meetings, executive dinners, conferences, fundraisers, and holiday parties. Onsite amenities include fine and casual dining restaurants with catering, a 25-meter swimming pool, complimentary high-speed WiFi, smart TVs for presentations, saunas, and complimentary onsite parking with security. Parkway Place is a family-owned catering and event center in Maumee, Ohio, hosting wedding receptions, corporate banquets, seminars, and social fundraisers. Every event is paired with a dedicated coordinator, and the in-house team handles catering, a fully stocked bar, on-site baking, DJ services, and linens — with menus that accommodate vegetarian, gluten-free, kosher, and halal diets. Two ballrooms cover a wide range of guest counts. The Main Ballroom offers 13,000 square feet and comfortably seats up to 700 guests beneath a canopied dance floor lit with fiber-optic stars, complemented by a large elevated stage and a built-in dual audio-visual system; a private bridal suite books alongside it, giving the wedding party a quiet place to prepare. The classically decorated Mt. Vernon Room, reached through its own private canopied entrance, hosts up to 225 guests for more intimate celebrations or serves as additional space for larger events. Past couples have recognized Parkway Place with The Knot's Best of Weddings award across multiple years, including induction into its Best of Weddings Hall of Fame in 2015.
