Here at Ivy & Oak, we've added a chic and elegant design that flows seamlessly from inside to outside. On the day of the wedding, we have a Bridal House where the bridal party can stay. A visit to this newly renovated 100-year-old farmhouse is a must for anyone interested in architecture. When it came to designing and decorating the Bridal House, we paid attention to every detail. There are modern and chic touches throughout the entire home, which you will enjoy. Wait until you see the Blue Room in person to believe it! You're going to adore it. We didn't forget about our grooms, either! You and your groomsmen are accommodated in a suite. Prior to the ceremony, our Barn and Bar will be open exclusively for you and your guests. There are smart TVs in both the Groom Suite and the Bar, and we can provide yard games upon request. In addition, there is plenty of "guy stuff" to do in and around Talking Rock. We provide all-inclusive packages as well as a list of vendors that we have worked with in the past and can recommend. Holly Hill Manor began in the same way that most wonderful things do: unexpectedly. It all started with a plot of land, a friendship, and a sketch of a barn design on the back of a Chick-fil-A napkin, among other things. Holly Hill Manor's owners, Christie Bagwell and Mike Ware, have worked tirelessly to transform the property into the stunning North Georgia wedding location it is now. The location is located on 33 acres of meadows and hardwoods, just a few miles off Highway 515 in Talking Rock, Georgia, and can accommodate up to 500 guests. The 8,000 square foot indoor event venue is completely climate controlled and has a floral bar, a huge heated kitchen, private facilities, and a magnificent bride and groom suite, among other amenities. Our facility can accommodate 300 people for a sit-down dinner and 400 guests for a standing reception. Our goal is to create a foundation canvas in a place that can be transformed from modern-chic to southern elegance to fit any style preference or requirement. For large families and unique celebrations, Holly Hill Manor is a fantastic site. As an alternative to renting out restaurants or hosting a party at your home or workplace, you can have access to an 8,000 square foot area that can be customized to suit your needs and style. In addition, we have a large heating kitchen, which serves as a specialized space for caterers to prepare food for the event. Alternatively, if you intend to hire a florist, we also have a florist bar and a hand sink where flowers can be prepared on the premises.

Sharp Mountain Vineyards is a family-owned boutique winery set on five acres in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains, roughly 45 minutes from Atlanta. Established in 1995, the property grows European Vinifera grapes trained along espaliered vines, with views of Sharp Mountain framing the landscape throughout. The winery produces handcrafted, small-batch wines across a full range of styles — from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc to Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and dessert wines — all made from grapes grown on the estate. For private events, Sharp Mountain Vineyards offers its scenic grounds as a backdrop for small weddings, birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and milestone celebrations. It is the perfect setting for your wedding and engagement photos in the brick southern mansion. Sandy Dunn is the proud owner of this magnificent residence. Her dream home, which included a "people" barn, was completed several years ago. In the beginning, it served as a place of amusement and a batting cage. The barn was frequently utilized for gatherings of friends and family, such as birthday celebrations and wedding receptions. ​ Owner Wanda Blalock lives in Jasper with her husband Keith, who is also a co-owner. Sandy and Wanda became friends while working in the real estate industry together. It was after Keith and Wanda organized the marriage of their youngest daughter, which was hosted in Sandy's home, that they began to envision the creation of The Barn At Dunn Manor. Wanda and Sandy came to the conclusion that they should venture into a new venue together. The Barn at Dunn Manor first opened its doors to the public in October of that year. Venue in the Vines at Engelheim Vineyards is a destination event venue set on 15 acres of working vineyard in Ellijay, Georgia, perched within the Blue Ridge Mountains roughly 90 miles north of Atlanta. The property combines the character of an operating winery with a purpose-built, 7,000-square-foot event facility designed for weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, and milestone celebrations. The main Grand Room accommodates up to 200 guests and features a full bar, professional audio system, and panoramic mountain views visible from every window. A covered outdoor Veranda serves cocktail hours, while the Barrel Cave — the winery's wine storage caves — provides an intimate backdrop for rehearsal dinners and groomsmen gatherings. A dedicated bridal suite with a private Juliet balcony and a separate groomsmen's suite round out the preparation spaces. All-inclusive wedding packages are available for one- or two-day rentals and include a coordinating team, setup staff, black linen, glassware, golf cart service, and access to a fully equipped catering kitchen.
