Pasadena's first self-portrait studio and event space. We provide the space and the setup. You take the photos. A space for capturing memories and hosting events. Portrait Space can be rented out to accommodate up to ~50 people for baby showers, birthday parties, pop-ups and more. With the venue rental, you get access to the photo station and all the digital files from your event will be sent to you. Instead of having the added costs of both a venue and a photographer separately, we wanted to make it easy to host your event with us. We have tables and chairs, a Bose sound system, large floor to ceiling windows for natural light, WiFi, a kitchenette, bar table and stools, mini-fridge, coffee machine, and ultimately a great location for easy access on the street level of beautiful Green St. in Pasadena.

JBG Studio offers a versatile and affordable space for video production, filming, photography, podcasts, film screenings, content creation, auditions, events, and more. The studio features a cozy outdoor area illuminated by vintage string lights. The outdoor space can be used for your guests to mingle and relax, filming or photoshoots. We can provide tables and chairs for your guests, or cast and crew. Our Studio features a state-of-the-art screening room to showcase your film, and it is equipped with a 4K laser projector and seating for up to 50 guests. Our expert in-house AVL technician is available to assist you with any production requirements. We offer support for various production needs, specifically in audio, video, and lighting equipment and services. Our extensive inventory includes equipment for podcasts, live streaming, films, and commercial videos, featuring top-of-the-line 8K digital cinema cameras and professional lighting. Built in 1906, The Huron Substation is a stunning historical landmark originally used to serve downtown’s Yellow Car streetcar system. This one-of-a-kind building now offers guests the opportunity to experience the grandeur and majesty of a bygone era in Los Angeles, with modern amenities and style. The elegance and unique historical character of the building make it a perfect setting for any wedding ceremony, private event, or luxury experience. The main floor hosts a magnificent grand hall with century-old brick walls, arched windows, 8’ wide chandelier, concrete flooring, and 45-foot cathedral-like ceiling with exposed steel beams. A fire the building survived in the 1980s left a stunning black patina across the historic brick walls. An open staircase leads up to a 1,500-square-foot mezzanine above the main level. Large dramatic barn doors open up to the gorgeous outdoor courtyard with a planted garden, industrial deco fountain, and bistro lighting, the perfect space for an al fresco dining experience.

The Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden is a one-of-a-kind 127-acre botanical garden and historical attraction in the midst of Arcadia's historic Rancho Santa Anita. Would you like to host your next event at the Arboretum's lovely and serene setting? Weddings, photography, videography, corporate gatherings, and special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, and showers can all be carried out at various locations throughout this beautiful park. For wedding ceremonies or celebrations, the Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden provides a naturally stunning and distinctive venue. The Bauer Lawn (with its surrounding fountains), the Queen Anne Cottage lawn, the Rose Garden, the Waterfall/Meadowbrook, and the Celebration Garden are also popular spots. Our wedding season runs from April until October, when the clocks change for Daylight Savings. After 5:00 p.m., all ceremonies and receptions commence. The Peacock Cafe is located in the garden and offers outside seating with a magnificent view of the Arboretum. The Arboretum does not allow outside food. The Café can accommodate catering for weddings and other special occasions booked at the Arboretum.
