We have a 9,750 +/- sq ft hangar with a temperature controlled 540 sq ft lobby containing two restrooms. Our space can also include 16,100 sq ft of ramp space, great for a partially outdoor event! With over 25,000 sq ft of usable space the opportunities are endless. We are conveniently located on the Addison Airport, right off of Dallas North Tollway. Our lobby is located within the historic building at 4500 Westgrove Drive. We can host a wide variety of events from charity functions, weddings, company parties, photoshoots, vehicle grand reveals, small concerts, expos and more!
