Our timeless white chapel was designed by Leanne Ford (HGTV's Restored by Fords), who is known for her extremely inventive designs. The OC (Opportunity Central) is a versatile, multipurpose venue designed to host a wide array of events ranging from large public spectacles to intimate private gatherings. Major Entertainment & Competitions The facility features a 7,500-seat arena that serves as a hub for large-scale events. It is equipped to host concerts, sports competitions (such as volleyball tournaments and regional UIL tournaments), and wrestling events like the NWA Shockwave. The arena floor is also designed to accommodate trade shows, expositions, and conventions. Celebrations & Social Gathering Spaces within The OC are available for private celebrations, including receptions, banquets, and parties. For younger guests, specific areas such as the esports lab and the OC Junior indoor playground can be rented for birthday parties and weekend group events. Performing Arts & Cultural Events A 550-seat black box theater provides a venue for community and student theater performances, dance and cheer competitions, lectures, and speaking events. Meet Sweet Water Farm! Located less than 1 hour east of the DFW metroplex and tucked in the country side of Quinlan, Texas. We searched long and hard for a property that would perfectly suit our family run venue. Sweet Water Farm is a place where you can escape the busy city and surround yourself with nature, yet still hold your special event in an upscale, modern barn. Our goal was to carefully and intentionally design a venue with you in mind! We’re so happy you’re here and we can’t wait to host your next event!

A 2000 square foot studio/loft space built in 1897. It is the oldest standing building on the square and once was a meeting spot for the Oddfellows. Our original wood floors and brick walls give a charm to this space that cannot be matched. With the added furniture and decor, it feels like stepping into a giant hug. We are a wellness co-op and event space so our studio is really the best for any event. From a yoga class/workshop to business meeting/luncheon to small wedding/shower event. It's flexible and functional for all. Onsite/attached bathroom for guests stocked with soaps, lotions, paper towels and toilet paper. We are located on the second floor of the building and given its age there is only a stairway entry. Please consider this when booking!

The Telico Gin was constructed in Telico, Texas, in May 1940. For decades, this ancient cotton gin served the local neighborhood. For many years, the Telico Gin was a working cotton gin. James' parents are seated in the front row! When James and Connie Trojacek bought the site in 2014, they realized their dream of creating the ultimate event facility. The gin is full of personality and provides a unique, pleasant setting for every occasion! The "Seed Barn" was remodeled in 2017 and is now a fantastic addition to the property! This structure is ideal for wedding ceremonies, showers, informal gatherings, and birthday parties. The Telico Gin is a family-run establishment. We value hard work and will go to great lengths to ensure that your time with us is the best it can be! Come have a look at us right now! The ideal spot for making memories." The Telico Gin is a historic cotton gin that has been transformed into an event center and wedding venue! The Telico Gin is a one-of-a-kind event venue located south of Dallas. The Telico Gin does not provide catering. For their important day, the majority of our guests employ caterers! 30 rectangular tables and 400 white garden chairs are available. If alcohol is present at your event, we require security and a bartender. If the ceremony will be held outside, you will need to acquire more seats from a rental business. Our chairs are only suitable for use indoors.
