A 2000 square foot studio/loft space built in 1897. It is the oldest standing building on the square and once was a meeting spot for the Oddfellows. Our original wood floors and brick walls give a charm to this space that cannot be matched. With the added furniture and decor, it feels like stepping into a giant hug. We are a wellness co-op and event space so our studio is really the best for any event. From a yoga class/workshop to business meeting/luncheon to small wedding/shower event. It's flexible and functional for all. Onsite/attached bathroom for guests stocked with soaps, lotions, paper towels and toilet paper. We are located on the second floor of the building and given its age there is only a stairway entry. Please consider this when booking!

Candleroom has been illuminating Dallas' nightlife scene since 2003, and it is the ideal spot to see, be seen, interact, and celebrate. Candleroom, located in the heart of the Henderson Avenue entertainment district, boasts 3,000 square feet of historic retail space as well as cutting-edge sound, video, and lighting systems. Incorporating satin finishes, antique fixtures, and deep, rich color palettes throughout, the different venue zones combine to create an environment that is both inviting and premium in appearance. The interiors are infused with a powerful and captivating aura of substance thanks to a blend of 18th and 21st Century décor, with the chandelier serving as a continual dramatic emblem of the Candleroom's nightly mystery and personality. Suitable for private functions ranging from 10 to 300+ people, including meetings, launch parties, receptions, rehearsal dinners, weddings, and other special occasions. The DJs provide a progressive mix of Top 40, EDM, House, Rock, Hip-Hop, and Dance music, among other genres. Saturdays feature video DJ mixes!

As a result of our central location in Colleyville, we are surrounded by excellent rehearsal dinner venues as well as hotels for out-of-town guests. Our beautiful chapel has white wooden pews for your guests to sit in, and our open-concept reception ballroom has a soft, neutral color palette that is suitable for any style or decor. We have two spacious ready rooms for the couple to use. Large mirrors and contemporary decor provide a welcoming environment for the bride and her bridal party to relax and get ready in our bridal salon. The groom and his groomsmen have their own private area, which includes a shuffleboard table and a flatscreen television for their enjoyment. Following the ceremony, guests can enjoy a cocktail hour in the foyer while the newlyweds finish their wedding photos in the chapel. Additionally, we have a sophisticated built-in bar with marble countertops and a contemporary backsplash that is available during the reception. Our in-house caterer offers a completely customizable menu made up of the highest quality and freshest ingredients available, ensuring that each client has an experience that is unique to them while providing impeccable service. Beautiful photo opportunities are provided by the grand staircase and corner balcony, which serves as an impressive sendoff for the couple.

Born from a need for a good martini and a slice of pizza, Poco Fiasco is a rowdy yet refined environment perfect for quick lunch, date night, night cap, or a long night out with friends. The lively spot brings elevated pizza combinations to Dallas as well as a robust martini program. Guests can look forward to foldable slices and crispy outer crust, the best martinis in town, and interiors that are a clash of relaxed sophistication and rowdy elegance. ABOUT THE SPACE The design from Harwood Design Factory has a refined playfulness yet is undoubtedly alluring and mischievous. Harwood International collaborated with Artist Uprising to create a whimsical, cheeky ceiling mural art paper that brings Poco Fiasco to life. Artist Uprising is a Dallas-based organization connecting up-and-coming artists with corporations and dedicated to enabling creativity to shape culture for the better. The mural depicts a feverish party turned fiasco combining favorite Harwood moments throughout the District. A few Harwood motifs are illustrated including Harwood Arms and Magnolias: Sous Le Pont as well as signature Harwood District design aspects such as the blue tree from Te Deseo, life-size chess board from Marie Gabrielle, the Rolex building and a few samurai to represent the Barbier-Mueller Samurai Collection. Just like the restaurants in Harwood, the interiors will transport you to another place and time miles away, yet conveniently tucked under an office tower.

The CR Smith Museum provides a diverse range of configurations and personalization options for events, including the following: corporate reception private celebration Whether it be a wedding ceremony or reception, a charity fundraising, an awards ceremony, a breakfast meeting, or a team development event, there are many options available. With more than 35,000 square feet of space available, we are able to host parties ranging in size from three to three hundred in magnificent fashion. It will be a night that your guests will never forget, whether you opt for an intimate setting in the Museum gallery or a nostalgic dining or dance experience under the wings of a classic DC-3 airliner from the 1940s. Either way, it will be a night that you won't soon forget! The Museum offers a wide variety of venues for you to choose from, including the following: The Hangar that surrounds the Flagship Knoxville DC-3 has a capacity of 281, and it may be split in half to accommodate smaller gatherings if that is what is required. All of the attendees in the American Airlines Theatre, which has a capacity of 116, will be seated in previously used first-class aircraft seats. This venue is ideal for hosting seminars and conferences. The Classroom has space for 62 people, making it an excellent choice for exclusive training sessions or as a separate bridal suite. Originally built in 1927, the historic school has been transformed into a modern environment that boasts the largest garden patio in Dallas and is consistently voted as “Best Patio in Dallas” by D Magazine and “Best Outdoor Dining” by OpenTable. The restaurant’s refined yet casual atmosphere and extensive menu have made it a favorite among patrons. It is open Monday through Friday for lunch, every day for dinner and drinks, and brunch on Saturday and Sunday. The first level of the two-story red brick building is Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar and the second level is The Ann and Gabriel Barbier-Mueller Museum: The Samurai Collection.

6,500-sq foot studio space located in the heart of the Dallas Design District with a lush garden oasis. The large open plan studio layout provides plenty of options to design a perfect environment for your event. The space has a Poggenpohl kitchen at the front of the studio and an industrial kitchen at the back of the studio designed for food prep. Additional rooms for hair and makeup and a loading dock are available. The space is available for holiday parties, corporate events, meetings, art events, dinner parties, photo shoots, experiential events and book launches. Outside vendors are welcome.
