Located in the scenic Texas Hill Country near Austin, The Hills of Lakeway combines resort-style amenities with warm community living. The Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and family-friendly environment make it a premier destination for recreation and events. The clubhouse features panoramic views, elegant dining, and flexible indoor-outdoor venues ideal for weddings, galas, and private gatherings. Surrounded by rolling hills and lakeside vistas, The Hills offers a refined yet relaxed atmosphere for every celebration. As a brief overview, we have multiple venues available – able to accommodate up to 220 guests. Our rental fees range from $500.00 - $2,500.00 depending on space and date. The rental fees include the complete space for either full day or half day rentals, tables, chairs, choice of linen, choice of napkin, glassware, plateware, cutlery, service staff to work during the event, available AV if requested, as well as full set up, tear down and complete clean up. We truly enjoy creating a stress-free experience here at The Hills! We do require you use our in-house catering as we work side by side with our culinary team to create any custom menu to meet your preferences and exceed your expectations. While the club will provide all food and beverage, all additional outside vendors are welcome and our in-house event coordinator will assist to make sure everything is in place on the big day! The Hills Country Club is a private golf and lifestyle club set across the rolling Texas Hill Country near Austin, featuring 72 holes across four championship golf courses, including a Jack Nicklaus Signature Design layout and the Flintrock Falls course. Scenic views and open green space anchor a broader club experience that also includes racquet sports, a 22,000-square-foot wellness center, resort-style pools, and multiple dining outlets. The Club is a sought-after destination for private events, weddings, and corporate gatherings in the Austin area, offering five distinctive indoor and outdoor event spaces, including the Flintrock Ballroom and Waterfall Ballroom, that accommodate celebrations from 25 to 150 or more guests. Full-service, in-house catering, event setup, and a dedicated private events director support weddings, showers, reunions, and holiday parties, and membership is not required to host an event at the Club.

Star Hill Ranch is a historic event venue in the Texas Hill Country, about 25 minutes from downtown Austin. The property is built around 22 historic buildings, along with several primitive structures, relocated from around central Texas and restored to modern building codes; the oldest date back to the 1850s. Centerpiece spaces include The Chapel, a restored country church originally built in Pontotoc, Texas around 1899, and the Fitzhugh Chapel/Hall, the ranch's largest indoor space, a former community center built in 1914 that can host more than 300 guests. Beyond the historic chapels and halls, the ranch offers a Main Street/Plaza lined with venue buildings and strung with overhead carnival lighting, a covered Biergarten, an Outdoor Arbor & Pavilion set among oak trees, and an on-site catering kitchen. Owners Adam and Matt Woolley, fifth-generation Texans, have hosted weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, nonprofit fundraisers, church retreats, and film productions on the property since 2002.
