Historic Seven Sycamores Ranch is a wedding and special events venue situated on a historic California ranch property dating to 1927, located in Ivanhoe in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley. Set amid magnificent sycamore trees, charming barns, and well-manicured gardens, the venue blends historical character with modern comfort — offering a picturesque landscape that serves as a backdrop for ceremonies, receptions, and private celebrations. Two distinct event spaces anchor the property. The Garden is an outdoor setting featuring fountains, natural granite walkways, orange groves, mandarin trees, a classic white pergola, a fire pit lounge, and a gazebo — accommodating up to 100 guests. The Glass Barn offers indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception options for up to 200 guests, with the snowcapped Sierra Nevada Mountains as a backdrop; the space is equipped with a built-in bar, heating, and air conditioning for year-round events. Venue rentals include farmhouse tables, chairs, event staff, luxury restrooms, and parking. Onsite accommodations are available through the Hummingbird Cottage, a three-bedroom farmhouse that sleeps up to 10 guests.

Springville Ranch is a 14-acre event venue set in the Sierra Foothills of Tulare County, California, recognized as an official Tulare County Landmark. The property centers on the historic Big White Barn, a two-story structure built in 1945 that originally served as a harness horse breeding and training facility. Today the ranch accommodates weddings, corporate retreats, quinceañeras, reunions, concerts, and a wide range of private celebrations, operating year-round across both indoor and outdoor spaces. The venue offers seven distinct event spaces across its grounds, including the barn, gardens, meadow, gazebo, and rock garden, with a maximum capacity of 660 guests. Facilities include a certified commercial kitchen with on-site catering, a bridal suite, handicap accessible restrooms, and WiFi. Tables, chairs, linens, napkins, silverware, event planning, setup, and cleanup are all included with rental.

The Zalud House is a historic Second Empire mansion built in 1891 at 393 N. Hockett Street in Porterville, California. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it is one of the few homes from that era that has never been remodeled, and it remains furnished entirely with the original Zalud family's possessions. The City of Porterville has stewarded the property since 1970, when the family's youngest daughter, Pearle, bequeathed it to the city. Events take place in the surrounding 1930s-style rose garden, a lush outdoor setting of manicured lawns, brick pathways, flowering trees, and seasonal blooms. The garden is well suited to outdoor weddings, receptions, and private celebrations. Each rental includes access to the garden area, a bridal room, a kitchen, and tables and chairs. An on-site officiant is available upon request. Champagne toasts are permitted; general alcohol service is not allowed on the property. Reservations are managed through the City of Porterville Parks and Leisure Department, with rental rates starting at $51 per hour on business days and $61 per hour on non-business days, subject to a two-hour minimum.

The White Horse Inn & River Terrace is a private wedding and special event facility nestled along the Kaweah River in Three Rivers, California, at the gateway to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Set against a backdrop of the Sierra foothills, the property features multiple areas for seating along the river, planters full of flowers, ponds, waterfalls, streams, an open-air bar, and a large deck with a dance floor that overlooks the water. The venue offers two distinct event spaces: the outdoor River Terrace, which accommodates up to 300 guests during the summer months, and the indoor White Horse Inn, which hosts up to 200 guests. Both spaces include all tables and chairs, setup and cleanup, a sound system for the ceremony, and cake cutting and serving services. The White Horse Inn provides all food and beverages in-house, offering a full buffet or sit-down dinner service with a menu of fresh-prepared entrées. A guesthouse on the property is also available for the wedding party to rent.
