The Stavola Family opened the club in 1957, and following complete redevelopment after Superstorm Sandy, the facility reopened for the 2013 season. The club hosts a full range of private celebrations — weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, bar and bat mitzvahs, holiday parties, and more. An elegant dining room accommodates up to 120 guests and includes a dance floor, full bar service, and panoramic oceanfront views. Sayen House & Gardens sits on 30 acres in Hamilton, New Jersey — a historic property established in 1912 when Frederick Sayen purchased the land and built a bungalow-style home surrounded by plants gathered during his world travels. The grounds today feature more than 1,000 azaleas, nearly 500 rhododendrons, and over 250,000 flowering bulbs, woven together with walking trails, fish ponds, and gazebos set within wooded land. The house accommodates up to 98 guests and is available for wedding receptions, bar and bat mitzvahs, private parties, holiday gatherings, showers, and business meetings. Outside ceremonies may be arranged with special permission. Three in-house catering companies serve events held at the property.
