Designed for private events on Cape Cod, this venue is modern and exquisite in design. The home's enormous windows look out into sixteen acres of conservation area and a lovely pond. Over 5,000 square feet of magnificent interior space, including a big dining room with seats for up to 220 guests, a lounge with 29-foot mahogany bar, a more intimate upstairs dining room, and a huge outdoor terrace with views of the surrounding mountains. The Sea View has its own catering service as well as a complete liquor license. The Sea View, which is located directly across the street from the beach, is full of special touches that will please any couple, including a separate room for the wedding party and a big outdoor terrace for ceremonies under the stars and cocktail hours. With space for anything from cocktail parties and rehearsal dinners to family reunions and birthday celebrations, The Sea View is the ideal location for any special occasion. Whether it's for meetings and conferences, banquets, or trade exhibits, the Sea View is the ideal location for your next business event.

For each family, occasion, wedding, or event, By the Sea Guests has it all. The inn has a bed and breakfast with simple guest rooms with one or two beds, apartment-styled one or two bedroom suites, and vacation houses, all of which are ideal for family reunions, special celebrations, or wedding parties. Our three inns contain a total of 46 rooms, all of which are either next door to one other or one block apart. Two of the inns are directly on the beach. One of the inns allows pets. We're off Chase Avenue in Dennis Port, Massachusetts, on Cape Cod's Mid-Cape. We can offer room blocks, though we prefer that customers book directly with us on a first-come, first-served basis. The major inn, By the Sea Guests, is where most weddings and festivities take place. It is oceanfront, with the strip's largest white sanded beach, and an enclosed veranda that overlooks and connects to the beach, as well as an outdoor grass space where a tent can be set up.

The John Alden Club is a private membership organization founded in Plymouth, Massachusetts in 1969. Built incrementally on Minuteman Lane over more than two decades, its facility grew from a lower-level meeting room in 1974 to an upstairs function hall in 1979 and an outdoor pavilion completed in 1991 — together spanning more than 8,000 square feet of event space. The indoor Rental Hall accommodates up to 180 guests across 4,000 square feet, with a full-service bar, private bridal suite, dance floor, and commercially equipped kitchen. The outdoor Pavilion offers covered space for 200 or more guests with a dedicated bar, cooking facilities, and a surrounding lawn with horseshoe pits and a volleyball court. Both spaces are available for weddings, corporate functions, holiday parties, retirement celebrations, birthday parties, showers, cookouts, and family reunions, with in-house bartending included in rental packages and outside caterers welcome.

All our homes are Located in the outer portion of Cape Cod in the small towns of Eastham and East Orleans. Eastham is a great town for vacations in Cape Cod. With the town only being a couple of miles wide, you are not far from the Bay or Ocean. The Bay offers great walking/exploring of the flats at low tide and is an easy walk from our rental properties and the ocean is only a short drive or bike ride away. Our homes in Eastham are within walking distance to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Also close by is the Hemingway Landing, where you can dig your own shellfish, or drop a small boat and go striper fishing in Town Cove. Down the road is the Wellfleet Drive-In Theatre that offers the infamous flea market by day and movie by night. Provincetown is only a 20- to 30-minute drive away and a great place to book a Whale Watch. There are several festivals that occur in Eastham and the surrounding towns throughout the year. There are also numerous hiking trails at the Wellfleet Audubon Society nearby and a one of a kind experience at the National Seashore. East Orleans, is home to Nauset Beach, the first longest National Seashore Beach, accessible by car. You are able to get a beach pass to drive on the beach but you must plan ahead. The Chapel has a capacity of 60 persons and is open from the middle of spring until the end of December. It's also a beautiful setting for anniversaries, family reunions, memorial services, blessings, vow renewals, and other special occasions, among other things. But, perhaps most importantly, Kelley Chapel has served as the perfect location for several unforgettable weddings on the Cape. In addition to being owned and managed by the Historical Society of Old Yarmouth (HSOY), With its enviable setting and ambience, it is the ideal place for all types of celebrations and events. The rental charge is $550 (of which $50 is a refundable security deposit), which includes all utilities.
