Across the street from Redondo Beach sits a small blue gazebo with sweeping views of the water. A cement patio wraps around it, and just beside it, a circular brick patio connects by a red brick walkway. It suits elopements, small weddings, family picnics, and quiet photo sessions — nothing large, nothing rushed. The surrounding park gives guests room to spread out: a wide grass commons, five picnic tables, two BBQ grills, a half-court basketball area, a playground, and a rose garden. The park stays open to the public every day, so the setting is shared rather than private. No alcohol is allowed on-site, and restrooms are across the street near the pier.

Highline SeaTac Botanical Garden sits on eleven acres adjacent to the North SeaTac Community Center, formed when two private gardens — the Elda Behm Paradise Garden and the Seike Family Japanese Garden — were slated for demolition to clear the flight path for SeaTac Airport's third runway. Community members came together to relocate both gardens, along with thousands of plants, to their current home in North SeaTac Park. More than six of the garden's eleven acres are now planted, bringing together a collection of themed spaces that includes the Hicks Rhododendron and Azalea Garden, Lins Peony Garden, Seattle Rose Society Celebration Garden, Seike Japanese Garden, and dedicated collections maintained by the King County Iris Society, Puget Sound Daylily Society, and the Puget Sound and Western Fuchsia Species Societies, along with a Sensory Garden. The nonprofit Highline Botanical Garden Foundation, guided by a volunteer board, continues to expand the grounds according to a long-term master plan. Admission is complimentary, and the garden is open from dawn to dusk every day, with leashed dogs welcome throughout the grounds.

PJ Hummel and Company’s World Headquarters is a repurposed century-old factory located in the transportation hub of Tacoma known as the Dome District. The venue, Tin Can Alley, is a facility for human connectivity as well as celebration of art, culture, tourism and business. Constructed in 1919 as a factory to house Tacoma Can Company, the unique building features vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, and a delightful combination of contemporary and rustic accents laced throughout. Private and secluded yet in the middle of it all with easy freeway access.

The Chateau Lill is widely regarded as the best event venue in the Woodinville area. With a property that is 10 acres in size and boasts immaculate grounds, including lush rolling lawns, ponds, and a small farm that is surrounded by tall fir trees. The actual chateau has a room called the Barrel Room and a room called the Grand Room. During the peak summer season, there is also a tented open-air terrace outside. Other concealed enclaves can be discovered in the upper lawn, the vineyard lawn, high up in the chateau tower, or at the popular gazebo that is tucked away next to our picturesque pond. It takes only twenty-five minutes to get to the heart of Seattle from Chateau Lill, fifteen minutes to get to Bellevue, and ten minutes to get to Redmond. There are a number of hotels in both Bellevue and Redmond that come highly recommended by our team. There are over 130 wineries, breweries, and distilleries dotted across the landscape of Woodinville, all of which are located within a radius of five miles of Chateau Lill. In the immediate area, there are a number of restaurants offering both upscale and more casual fare, such as bistros. This beautiful event facility, which has been our exclusive venue for over 20 years, is located in the gorgeous 1900s-era old Fauntleroy Schoolhouse. The Hall at Fauntleroy, located in a peaceful tree-lined neighborhood yet only minutes from downtown Seattle, provides a variety of distinct indoor and outdoor settings. The ceilings are really high. Exposed brick adds warmth and texture to any room. There's also the charm of gentle light streaming in via wide windows that overlook a forested valley. There is a big raised dance floor in the Emerald Room, as well as an anteroom for the bride or other distinguished guests, among other amenities. It's a place that can accommodate up to 250 people yet feels both private and large at the same time. The Vashon Room is one of just a handful of indoor/outdoor event facilities in Seattle. The Vashon Room, with its high ceilings, simple, contemporary elements, and an abundance of natural light, is the ideal canvas for your creative vision to come to life. Immediately outside, there is the Garden Courtyard, a rich, planted setting with a groomed lawn, mature shrubs, and a meandering path—an inviting haven for an outdoor ceremony or reception.
