Country Garden Caterers is a full-service catering and event venue housed in a historic building on North Main Street in Santa Ana, California. The structure dates to the late 1920s, when it served as the AAA Headquarters and Service Station, and has hosted private events since the late 1970s. Its distinctive character comes from the original brick facade, terra cotta tile floors, stained-glass windows, antique oak bar, mezzanine, and old-fashioned street lamp that remain intact throughout the main hall. The venue accommodates up to 125 guests for ceremonies and receptions, offering an included rental period with round tables, Chiavari chairs, a full bar with host or no-host options, and a dedicated dance area. A signature touch is the ringing of the Mission Wedding Bell, a tradition woven into many celebrations held here. Daniel Lyons Catering is located in the heart of downtown San Diego. Having graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Chef Daniel Lyons is a Master Chef in his own right. Chef Daniel Lyons completed his one-year European apprenticeship at the Hotel Europa in Lucerne, Switzerland, following graduation from the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Daniel returned to the United States after completing his culinary training in Europe, where he completed his three-year American apprenticeship at the Omni International Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. Previously, he held positions as Garde Manager and Banquet/Pastry Chef in four and five-star hotels, including the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta and the Newport Beach Marriott. He was the Banquet Chef at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, when it first opened its doors. While working as a Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta, Chef Lyons prepared seven-course sit-down and buffet dinners for President Carter and President Ronald Reagan, respectively.
