We are an elegant venue in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. With over 3,500 sq. ft. the venue can accommodate a 200 person cocktail event or 150 person seated dinner. There are several amenities included in the space such as: - Thorough cleaning of establishment - Staff onsite (experienced staff) - Extra hours for set-up/decor - Seating (max seating cap is 150. Cocktail standing is 200) - Beautiful Chandelier lighting (dimmable) - Electricity throughout space - Uplighting (ambient lighting) - JBL commercial sound system - Table displays for beverages and light hor d'oeuvres - Kitchenette (food prep space, 2 refrigerators, ice maker, wine cooler) We as an establishment have a liquor license. If you would like to serve alcohol during your event, you must acquire liquor through us. Prices begin at $30/person for 3 hours open bar. This included all glassware, elegant bar set up, and bartender/mixologist who can also provide a custom menu for the event, although your guests are not limited to these options and can request anything to drink. Situated on the waterfront in the vibrant neighborhood of Dumbo, Smack Mellon offers a truly unique venue for private parties and corporate events. The building is across the street from the picturesque Brooklyn Bridge Park between the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges with breathtaking views of the City skyline. Located in the recently renovated “Boiler Building”, Smack Mellon’s gallery is an especially exciting space with tremendous architectural elements. The 6,000 square foot gallery boasts a ceiling that soars to 35 feet. There are 25 windows on two levels providing beautiful light and a spectacular view of Manhattan and the East River. Smack Mellon is just one subway stop from Manhattan with easy access to the BQE, Manhattan & Brooklyn Bridges and ample parking in nearby garages. The building is handicap accessible.

The Mariner III is a 122-foot classic motor yacht built in 1926, available for private charter in New York City from late spring through mid-fall and in Palm Beach, Florida during the winter months. Docked at Pier 60, Chelsea Piers during the New York season, the vessel offers panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty, and the Brooklyn Bridge from its open-air decks and salon. The yacht retains its original Gatsby-era character — varnished teak, gleaming brass fittings, and hand-crafted beveled lead crystal windows — while supporting a range of private events, from wedding ceremonies and rehearsal dinners to corporate gatherings, birthday celebrations, and photo shoots. The event space will accommodate up to 175 people and is open to hosting ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions with dinner and dancing. The property is exclusively reserved for the couple, providing privacy for their festivities. The Barrel Room, which is available for wedding photographs. The happy couple is given access to the Wedding Suite, which offers a private space to spend some quiet time together. Services Offered The team at Brooklyn Winery is on hand to support you as you plan your dream day. They're happy to take care of the decor and details, including china, linens, and flatware. The winery's own wine will be served, complementing the cuisine provided by the on-site team. All of our event packages include an open bar of Brooklyn Winery wines and local craft beer. Premium hard liquor is also available as an enhancement. This speakeasy is located near the Williamsburg bridge with its own separate entrance on South 5th St. The space was renovated for creatives and is now available for your use. Thus, the look of the space is rustic and industrial including art murals and brick walls, and high pipe exposed ceilings. The floor has its original concrete, with small drains throughout. The space lets in very little daylight even during peek hours of sunshine. This allows photo and video work to have total control over the lighting. The space also comes with a multicolored LED light system that allows you to control the vibe through the space. We have a 10 foot long L- bar and small kitchen with fridge for food storage. The space is equipped with a WIFI network, great phone reception for any carrier, a powerful sound system with high quality JBL speakers wired together throughout the space, and a dj booth.
