Preserving Legacy in Lincoln Park. The long-anticipated revival of the quintessential west-side Jersey City haunt has commenced. Casino in the Park, the hospitality core of Lincoln Park, has been an entertainment hub since its inception in 1950, playing host to celebrity and political dignitaries including Frank Sinatra and former President Bill Clinton. The ambitious site plan, showcasing a reimagined Casino in the Park structure, creatively incorporates aspects of the site’s legacy into the contemporary design. Adaptive reuse of the stone façade, timber beams and antique fixtures from the original Lincoln Lodge, Est. 1929, will be featured visual elements of the new facility, enabling the long and illustrious legacy to continue.

Beauty & Essex is available for all variety of events, from intimate dinners for 12 up to cocktail events for 550 people. The restaurant sits behind a functioning pawn shop and has a full service bar on both floors, as well as 4 dining rooms and a lounge area. Each of our spaces can be reserved semi-privately or combined for full floor and restaurant buyouts. Unique on the Lower East Side, the atmosphere of the 10,000 square foot space is both grand and intimate, moody and effervescent. Various rooms for lounging and dining unfold on two floors, like a large turn-of-the-century townhouse. Each room has its own unique elements that celebrate timeless jewelry designs and upscale jewelry stores. The space is truly versatile and is ideal for corporate events, fashion shows, reward dinners, movie premiere parties, and film shoots.

Welcome to Space LES, a quintessential Manhattan loft in the trendy Lower East Side next to the East Village! It features 2,000 sq ft of renovated space, 11 ft ceiling, hardwood oak flooring, a kitchen, HVAC, AV, furniture and more. Movable walls and adjustable lighting present various options for art exhibitions, cocktail receptions, pop-ups, film or fashion projects. Previous collaborations include Blue Bloods, The Irishman, And Just Like That, events by Microsoft, Pixar, NASA, Kevyn Aucoin, Vans, Project Runway and American Express among many others. Your guests will be greeted by a glass facade with authentic 100-year old patinated pilasters. A double door level entrance leads to a spacious well appointed loft. Among many original details are meticulously restored ceiling tin tiles, floating walls, partially exposed bricks, a collection of museum quality paintings and photographs. Furnishings include a Saarinen table, chairs by Arne Jacobsen, a leather sofa by Ted Boerner, benches by Giulio Lazzotti, stools by Philippe Starck, a 24-speaker Bose sound system, Bang & Olufsen speakers, a Canon projector, laser/LED lights and more. All these items are FREE and available to enhance your celebration shall you decide to use them. Of course, you may bring your own equipment, art and furniture. Shall you need publicity for your event, we'll secure it in an online publication at no additional cost. Tijuana Picnic hosts a variety of private events in their ground floor restaurant, downstairs lounge, or both! Whether you're looking for some passed appetizers and pitchers of margaritas, or a full four course seated dinner, Tijuana Picnic has you covered. Tijuana Picnic has been repeatedly named one of the best places in the city to host a birthday party. The restaurant's event space is also perfect for weddings, product launches, afterparties, business dinners, showers, and any other type of special event. For private events, the Ground Floor Dining Room of Tijuana Picnic can accomodate up to 80 guests for a cocktail reception or up to 65 guests for a seated dinner. The downstairs lounge can accomodate semi-private reservations of up to 40 guests, seated dinners for groups of up to 50, and fully private cocktail receptions for groups of up to 80 guests.

Developed between 1902 and 1912 in traditional Beaux-Arts style, the Emigrant Industrial Savings Bank is designated as a New York City Landmark. Today, after a two year renovation and restoration effort by Culturespaces, Hall des Lumières not only preserves its architectural heritage, such as the marble bank tellers’ windows and interior, but also seamlessly integrates state-of-the-art technology for an unparalleled immersive experience. The venue is a multi-sensory experience, powered by video canvases that reflect onto the walls and floors, 130 video projectors, 54 speakers, and 22 subwoofers. Hall des Lumières totals 30,000 square feet over two levels featuring 40-foot-high ceilings and custom 100+-year-old lay lights. The venue has three separate exhibition areas: the ground floor (Historical), the lower level (Modern), & the former bank vault (Intimate). This unique fusion not only preserves the architectural and aesthetic heritage of the space but also infuses it with contemporary flair, ensuring guests enjoy both the charm of the past and the conveniences of the present. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Manhattan's skyline, LIC Landing by COFFEED features a spectacular 2000 sq-ft outdoor event space and a high-quality outdoor cafe. It is located in Long Island City's beautiful, brand-new waterfront park at Hunters Point South. The event location and associated park space will be home to a wide variety of public and private events throughout the year. LIC Landing's restaurant features a healthy selection of locally-sourced offerings as well as craft beers and fine wines, and of course, COFFEED's specialty coffees and teas. The cafe has a pick-up window, but will also offer table service under the park's majestic pavilion. As with all COFFEED locations, LIC Landing by COFFEED allocates a portion of sales revenue to a community-based non-profit - in this case, the Hunters Point Parks Conservancy, a community group created to support the use and upkeep of the parks, green spaces and waterfront in Hunters Point, Queens. Hawksmoor was inspired by childhood memories of how good steak could taste. Founders Will Beckett and Huw Gott (friends since they were 11) opened the first Hawksmoor restaurant on London’s Commercial Street in 2006. More restaurants in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, New York, Liverpool and Dublin followed.
