Loop Studios Inc. is a unique, premium setting designed for production and corporate events. Our high-end space has 6 different spaces including a large great room, library, wellness room, apothecary, kitchen and outdoor courtyard. We are also right across the street from a beautifully designed park. Our space is perfect for corporate off-sites with a large presentation and meeting room and full LED flat panel. We only rent for full days (not by the hour), you can rent one studio for $5,000 or the entire space for $8,000 for up to 12 hours. This includes a studio and kitchen manager but does not include catering. Should you require catering or have more than 100 people, rental of the entire space is mandatory. We can send you a price and spec sheet upon inquiry that highlights all assets. Perfect for FIFA World Cup watch parties and experiences. We are capped at 150 guests, The Event space can hold up to 150 guests max. If the limit exceeds 150 guests, we reserve the right to charge $250 extra to allow more guests. If you are partying, please pick up and take trash to the outside parking area side of the building after event. If guest are caught littering or causing commotion on the outside perimeter host will be penalized with a fee or may even be banned. Please respect surrounding areas. No alcohol out on the outside perimeter, No more than 100 guest at a time. No disorderly conduct. You can cancel your event before 14 days before the event for a full refund of deposit.

The STEM Building at Kean University brings together two signature event spaces — a glass-walled atrium and a sixth-floor rooftop terrace — on a 180-acre campus in Union, New Jersey, less than 30 minutes from New York City. The Glass Atrium & Rooftop accommodates up to 175 seated guests in a space defined by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a natural pond and outdoor porticos suited to photography. One floor up, the STEM Rooftop opens to sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline and seats up to 125 guests — a setting well suited to wedding ceremonies, cocktail receptions, and birthday celebrations. The STEM Auditorium, seating up to 314, rounds out the building's event offerings for presentations, conferences, and larger gatherings. Kean Conference & Event Services manages the building's event program and includes a personal event manager, A/V equipment, tables and chairs, high-speed WiFi, and self-parking with every rental. The standard eight-hour rental provides two hours for setup, five hours of event time, and one hour for cleanup.

Liberty Hall Museum occupies 23 acres in Union, New Jersey, on the grounds of a Georgian-style residence built in 1772 by William Livingston — New Jersey's first elected governor and a signer of the United States Constitution. Over seven generations of the Livingston and Kean families, the original 14-room home grew into a 50-room Victorian mansion that now houses collections of antique furniture, decorative arts, and clothing spanning more than 250 years of American history. The estate hosts private events from May through October, welcoming up to 150 guests for weddings, conferences, workshops, and celebrations. Its formal English parterre garden and maze, fragrant rose garden, historic herb garden, apple orchard, and 12-acre ArbNet-recognized arboretum provide a setting shaped by centuries of garden design. An 1882 Carriage House and a tented reception area alongside the gardens offer distinct settings for ceremonies and receptions. Wedding guests are invited to explore the mansion's historic rooms through guided tours while festivities are underway.

Our two-story, state-of-the-art new home, designed by nationally recognized theater architects Auerbach Consultants, consists of a theater, a visual arts gallery, dressing rooms, a lobby, and office space in an adaptable-use facility. Our flexible theater has up to 97 seats (110 for a comedy configuration) and can be cleared to be used as an event venue for 200. Our lobby and gallery can hold up to 125. The venue comes equipped with state-of-the-art technical and production resources, a designated box office, 2 dressing rooms, a green room, and a top-notch administrative team to help bring your vision to life. Art House Productions is a dynamic multidisciplinary arts organization based in Jersey City, New Jersey.
