    The Richard K. Hemingway Orangerie is the year-round event space at Red Butte Garden, a botanical garden set in the foothills on the eastern edge of the University of Utah campus in Salt Lake City. The Orangerie is a large indoor conservatory with floor-to-ceiling windows and lush tropical plantings, opening onto two adjacent patios framed by raised gardens and seasonal plantings, with mountain and valley views beyond. The space seats 150 guests for a ceremony or dinner and can host up to 300 for a flowing reception, making it suited to weddings, galas, corporate events, and formal dinners alike. From April through September, rentals also include an optional outdoor ceremony site in the adjacent Fragrance Garden, with its sandstone pathways and wisteria arbors. Rentals include tables and chairs with setup and takedown, private restrooms and dressing rooms, a food preparation area, a built-in sound system, garden admission and parking for guests, and event staff on site. Food and beverage service is provided by the Garden's approved catering partners.

    The Garden Center at Sugarhouse Park is an event building in Salt Lake City's Sugarhouse Park, offering roughly 3,300 square feet of indoor space for private events. The building seats up to 200 guests at dinner tables, with 10 round tables and 12 rectangular tables filling a dining and dancing area warmed by two gas fireplaces. A lobby with two projection screens rounds out the interior, while a patio and garden extend the setting outdoors — the south garden is available for event photography. A working kitchen with two conventional ovens, a stove, microwaves, and an electric food warmer supports events that arrive with food pre-cooked. Rentals run from 8 am through 2 am the following day, giving guests a full day to set up, celebrate, and clean up before handing the building back.

    Hailstone Event Center sits inside Jordanelle State Park, above Heber Valley, with views of Jordanelle Reservoir and the Wasatch Mountains. The setting serves as a backdrop for weddings, retreats, and meetings. The center's rental includes the Atrium, the Hall, the Trout Room, and a full catering kitchen. The Atrium seats up to 80 guests for luncheon-style events, while the Hall seats up to 60. Indoor events can accommodate up to 220 guests, and events that make use of both indoor and outdoor space can host up to 500. The rental comes equipped with round, rectangular, serpentine, and half-round tables, wooden chairs, a mobile bar and reception counter, a decorative steel arch, indoor and outdoor sound systems, flat-screen displays, and a catering kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, and granite countertops. Outdoor amenities include propane BBQ grills and cafe-style patio seating.

    Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club sits in the Upper East Canyon of the Wasatch Mountains near Park City, Utah, where East Canyon Creek winds through nine of the club's eighteen holes. The course, which opened in 1981, is the only Arnold Palmer/Ed Seay-designed layout in Utah and hosted the Senior PGA Tour's Shootout at Jeremy Ranch from 1982 to 1992, drawing players including Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Ben Crenshaw. The clubhouse, completed in 1982, spans 22,000 square feet of glazed construction, with exterior glass walls that expose the building's wooden structural beams and open interior spaces to panoramic mountain views. For private events, the club offers the Canyon Room, an indoor banquet space with floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides that seats up to 120 guests, along with the outdoor Club Courtyard and Ceremony Lawn, which overlooks the 18th green and accommodates weddings for up to 120 guests. A private bridal suite is included with wedding bookings.
