Tucked on the Tacoma Sportsmen's Club's range and clubhouse property in Puyallup, Washington, the Chateau is the club's rental hall for weddings, parties, and special events, open to members and the public alike. The main hall seats up to 250 guests and includes hardwood floors, a stage, a sound system, a projector, free WiFi, and a commercial kitchen with a flat top, six burners, six ovens, and a dishwasher. A separate carpeted changing room with a garment rack is available for wedding preparation, and outside catering or a recommended local caterer are both welcome. Smaller gatherings can rent the Foyer, which includes a Beer Garden Patio and kitchen access, for groups of up to 50, while an outdoor picnic area accommodates up to 250 guests. The club also hosts its own annual traditions in the space, including the Crab Feed & Comedy Night and a New Year's Eve party. The property is handicap accessible, and RV and tent camping sites are available on-site for guests staying over.

Six acres of forest and a mile of walking trails surround Village Green Community Center, tucked a short walk from the Kingston-Edmonds and Kingston-Seattle Fast Ferry docks and the shops of Kingston's main street. Run largely by community volunteers, the center grew from a founding vision of one place where residents of every age could find fun, support, and community, and that mix still shows in its rental spaces: the Banquet Hall, formed by combining the Community, Windermere, and Blue Heron rooms, holds up to 200 guests for weddings, receptions, and large gatherings, while the smaller Summit Lounge and Meeting Room suit memorials, birthday parties, and business meetings. It was no surprise when Houdini hurled the deck of cards to the ceiling, but no one anticipated one of the cards to become stuck to a beam. The Ace of Spades, on the other hand, did. It was the exact card that Houdini's host had selected from the deck and inserted just before Houdini launched them into the air before they were able to catch their breath. In honor of the host, C.D Stimson, a prominent member of Seattle's early business and social communities, the card was kept on display in his home for the following twenty years. Willows Lodge was his hunting camp, and it was where he spent much of his time. The Stimsons, as well as numerous other prominent families from Seattle, had country estates in the valley near the current location of Willows Lodge. They reportedly partied, relaxed, hunted ducks, and created substantial business concepts on a regular basis, according to reports. It felt appropriate to carry on the name and spirit of the old Willows Lodge with the new Willows Lodge. An extensive photo collection at the hotel's special event room depicts the early years of the valley's development. Although the current Lodge, which opened in September 2000, is open to the public and guests are more frequently looking for a nice bottle of wine than a duck, it remains a "country place" committed to superb meals, a warm fire, relaxation, romance, and inspiring business deals, among other things. People were encouraged to stay in touch with their tradition and informality by creating a venue that offered the highest degree of refinement in cuisine, comfort, aesthetics, and service while yet being connected to their past and informality.

Redhook Brewlab’s concept is an intersection of Seattle history and culture, a place where the city’s eclectic influences mix – art, science, brewing, food, and music. Housed within the Pike Motorworks Building, Brewlab’s space is an open modern brewery and pub concept with an abundance of natural light. A focal point inside the brewpub is a custom mural by Grammy-nominated Seattle illustrator and Sub Pop Records Art Director Sasha Barr. A river-rock fireplace and hand-hewn log walls set the tone at Preston Community Center, a Works Progress Administration building raised in 1938 and added to Washington State's Heritage Register in 2008. Just off I-90 outside Issaquah, the historic log structure pairs a raised-stage multipurpose room with a separate meeting room for food service, a full-service warming kitchen, and two rock fireplaces, while an upstairs bride's-ready room with a private bath, an attendant's room, and a groom's room support wedding parties getting ready on-site. Outdoors, a wedding court with a seasonal party tent and wrought-iron table settings extends the celebration into the surrounding grounds, and the facility's hardwood floors double as a dance surface for receptions. Depending on setup, the center comfortably hosts 80 to 120 guests indoors, or up to 150 across combined indoor and outdoor space, for ceremonies, receptions, corporate retreats, seminars, and meetings. Bookings run through King County Parks' Regional Scheduling office up to 18 months in advance, with an on-site facility coordinator present throughout each event.

Hand-hewn beams from an early-1800s cabin still form the core of the Stone Cottage at Storybook Farm, a structure that predates the property's founding by more than a century. Moses Atwater and Amy Wilson were among the original settlers of the land in the early 1800s; Warren and Mary Barrett later established Storybook Farm in 1955, running a preschool and summer camp there from the early 1960s through the 1980s before Bryan and Lisa Lowrance took over the property in January 2020. Set minutes from Chapel Hill and Carrboro, North Carolina, the farm today pairs overnight cabin lodging with a dedicated outdoor event space: a covered picnic shelter and 32-by-20-foot stage inside a 27-by-72-foot pavilion, equipped with a stainless-steel prep station, brick furnace, and firepit. The space has hosted concerts, weddings, festivals, corporate conferences, and workshops, including ProgDay, described by the farm as the world's longest-running progressive rock festival. Four rental cabins on the property - Stone Cottage, Barrett Lodge, Warren's Landing, and Rick's Roost - offer additional lodging, with Warren's Landing occupying the site of the farm's former school cafeteria and classrooms.

Covington Cellars began as a hobby in a garage in Covington, Washington, before its founders, Cindy and David, turned their passion for winemaking into a business in 2002. The winery later relocated production to Woodinville, becoming the 19th winery to open in what has grown into a major wine destination. Its Woodinville tasting room sits in the Artisan Hill District, alongside a related tasting room in nearby Maltby, where the wine is produced. The Woodinville location offers two settings for private gatherings: a cozy space suited to smaller groups of 10 to 25 guests, and a larger space that can hold up to 120, with room for live music. A commercial kitchen on site allows for easy food service, and an optional kids' play space is available, making the venue workable for birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, corporate retreats, and wine club celebrations alike. Red Cedar Farm sits on Lofall Road in Poulsbo, Washington, a property Andrea and Gregg bought as a family retreat in 1987 and then, over the years, filled with more than a thousand trees, a pumpkin patch, a hardy kiwi orchard, and an antique shop built from Gregg's own collecting habit. Weddings came later: the farm began hosting events after 2009, inspired by a local venue, and held its first wedding in 2012. It still books no more than one event per day. The centerpiece is the Barn, a heated reception space converted from a former chicken house and carport that seats 150. Ceremonies move outdoors to the Arbor or, when the weather insists otherwise, under the Pergola. The bridal party dresses in a suite with its own building for bridesmaids; the groom gets a 130-year-old restored barn to himself. Guests circulate through the Terrace courtyard, warm up at the stone fire pit, or find their way to the Arcade, a room of more than fifteen vintage pinball machines dating to the 1950s through the early '70s. The grounds still function as a working farm, with goats and donkeys on hand for the Farm & Play Area, a catering kitchen, four ADA-accessible restrooms, and parking for 25 cars — anyone else takes the shuttle.

The Hood Canal Vista Pavilion, which overlooks the Hood Canal and provides breathtaking panoramic water views as well as spectacular sunsets over the canal, is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. In the Pavilion, a stone fireplace that extends from floor to ceiling is situated opposite an abundance of windows that overlook lush seasonal gardens. On the other side of the house, six sets of French doors open onto a slate patio and an expansive grassy bluff right on the Hood Canal's shores. During the spring and summer months, an adjacent tented terrace can be used for a reception, dance floor, and/or cocktail hour, providing an additional space for guests. St. Paul's Church, which sits on a sloping grass bluff overlooking the waters of Port Gamble Bay and was built in 1879, is a historic landmark. It is based on a church in the Maine hometown of Port Gamble's founders, who were born and raised there. The church, which has been painstakingly restored, features eight cathedral stained glass windows, original pews, and a domed altar area. The picturesque church has quickly risen to the top of the list of most photographed places in the area. As a wedding couple is pronounced married, they are thrilled to hear the church bell ringing in the steeple, which is housed in the steeple. The newly remodeled downstairs reception or dressing area leads outside to a waterfront terrace, which is ideal for small receptions and gatherings with friends and family.
