Hayloft on the Arch is a vintage rustic barn event venue set on more than 30 acres of rolling countryside in Vernon Center, New York. Owners Alisha and Mike Mathalia purchased the property in the fall of 2012 and, after 18 months of renovation, welcomed their first full season of events in 2014 — including their own wedding in July 2015. The grounds provide a range of settings for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions. A 4,000-square-foot outdoor patio features the Grain Bin Bar, and the property also includes a fire pit area, a stream-side willow tree, and the venue's original chapel building as an additional ceremony option. On-site facilities include a bridal suite with makeup stations and seating, a catering prep room with stainless steel surfaces and cooler, and modern handicap-accessible restrooms. What sets Hayloft on the Arch apart is its built-in coordination: every package includes timeline planning, floor plan assistance, rehearsal coordination, and full day-of management — from décor setup through cleanup — handled by the venue's own team. The property is accessible from I-90 (NYS Thruway Exit 33) and hosts weddings as well as private celebrations such as reunions and anniversaries.
