Lee's Grand Lake Resort sits on the shores of Grand Lake O' the Cherokees in Grove, Oklahoma, where the property overlooks one of the best vistas on the lake, with cliffs known for daily eagle sightings. Under new ownership since April 2023, the resort has undergone substantial improvements as part of an ongoing expansion. The resort's 26 cedar cabins range from one-bedroom units to large family lodges that sleep up to 14 guests, with select cabins offering fireplaces and hot tubs and all featuring full kitchens, full baths, and Roku-equipped TVs. For groups and celebrations, the resort offers a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, including the lakefront Cedar Lodge, the outdoor Lakefront Garden and Sunrise Deck overlooking the water, and the Cook Shack and Redfearn Community Center for meetings and gatherings — accommodating weddings, family reunions, church retreats, corporate groups, and college formals. A marina with fuel service, boat and kayak rentals, and connections to professional fishing guides round out the resort's offerings, which have made it a host site for Bassmasters Classic tournaments. The Coleman Theatre Beautiful is a historic performing arts venue in downtown Miami, Oklahoma, built by mining magnate George L. Coleman Sr. and opened on April 18, 1929, to a full house of 1,600 guests. Its Spanish Colonial Mission-style exterior gives way to an opulent Louis XV interior, decorated with gargoyles, dolphins, cherubs, and ornate detailing throughout. The theatre is also home to the "Mighty Wurlitzer" pipe organ, built in 1928 and delivered just before opening night — the only Wurlitzer organ built that year still in its original home. Operated today as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, the Coleman Theatre hosts live performances, film screenings, and community programming alongside private event rentals. The theatre itself seats up to 1,100 guests and offers a large stage, off-stage dressing rooms, A/V capabilities, and one of the largest movie screens in Oklahoma, making it suited to concerts, recitals, and large gatherings. A separate Coleman Ballroom, with bamboo floors, a grand staircase and lobby entrance, and a commercial prep kitchen, gives receptions and conferences their own dedicated space. For weddings, the Coleman Theatre accommodates guest lists ranging from 25 to 300, with ceremonies held beneath the restored Italian chandelier and to the sound of the theatre's historic pipe organ, followed by receptions in the adjoining ballroom.
