As a brief overview, we have multiple venues available – able to accommodate up to 220 guests. Our rental fees range from $500.00 - $2,500.00 depending on space and date. The rental fees include the complete space for either full day or half day rentals, tables, chairs, choice of linen, choice of napkin, glassware, plateware, cutlery, service staff to work during the event, available AV if requested, as well as full set up, tear down and complete clean up. We truly enjoy creating a stress-free experience here at The Hills! We do require you use our in-house catering as we work side by side with our culinary team to create any custom menu to meet your preferences and exceed your expectations. While the club will provide all food and beverage, all additional outside vendors are welcome and our in-house event coordinator will assist to make sure everything is in place on the big day! Moon Flower Hill is a 15-acre private estate above Lake Travis in Volente, Texas, about 30 minutes northwest of downtown Austin. The property is built around its ancient oak groves, with Luna Manor, the Pavilion, and the Veranda all sited beneath the canopy, alongside rolling lawns and a Lake Travis overlook. The estate hosts one event at a time, so a couple or planner books exclusive use of all 15 acres rather than sharing the grounds with another event. Luna Manor, a 6,000-square-foot mansion, seats 90 guests indoors, while the 3,600-square-foot Pavilion seats up to 250 and doubles as a rain-plan backup for outdoor ceremonies. The Veranda adds a covered, indoor-outdoor space anchored by a grand fireplace. Rental includes tables, chairs, on-site parking, day-of venue staff, and access to the Luna Room and Oak Room getting-ready suites for the wedding party. Moon Flower Hill runs its own in-house, fully licensed bar program, while couples bring their own caterer, florist, photographer, and other vendors of their choosing.

The Oasis on Lake Travis is a lakeside restaurant and event property built into the bluffs above Lake Travis in the Texas Hill Country outside Austin. Founded by Beau Theriot, the property became known as the "Sunset Capital of Texas" for the panoramic sunset views from its many decks, and it was rebuilt after a fire destroyed the original property in 2005. Beyond its restaurant and live music venues, Beau's Backyard and Starlight Terrace, The Oasis offers a range of private event spaces for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, and celebrations, each with its own deck overlooking the lake. Spaces range from the loft-like Starlight Terrace, which accommodates up to 400 guests, to smaller rooms like Sunset Villa and Lakeside Terrace suited to business meetings and rehearsal dinners.
