Organizations interested in renting space at the Palace of Fine Arts Theatre should contact the theater directly. With 961 seats, it is well-suited for popular concerts, dance productions, community events, corporate meetings, and other special events. It is located in the heart of downtown. Guests can gather in the spacious lobby for receptions of up to 400 people. In addition to a high-quality Meyer Sound system and a standard house lighting plot that includes an inventory of moving lights, the facility is well-equipped with other amenities. The stage floor, which has a sprung floor surface, is ideal for performing dance. With wide, comfortable seats, the seating is done in a continental style. The interior of the theater is decorated with cascading red curtains that create an intimate atmosphere. The prep room, which overlooks the park and lagoon, is an excellent location for any photo shoot on the Palace grounds. Large bay windows, floor-length mirrors, a multi-stall and sink bathroom, and plenty of space for occupants to prepare are all included in the price. The Palm Event Center in the Vineyard is a contemporary winery estate in Livermore Valley Wine Country. Nestled in the rolling hills with a 180-degree view of the vineyards, this private event venue feels like a refuge while still being easily accessible to the Greater Bay Area. The main Ballroom is spacious and the perfect canvas for any event decor. The venue also offers indoor and outdoor ceremony sites for couples to choose from. Indoors, couples may marry inside a large barrel room with customizable lighting and the ability to hang additional lighting and decor. Outside, couples may marry on the lawn overlooking the vineyards. There is also an outdoor terrace patio for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while watching the sunset. In addition to beautiful spaces, the venue also offers 5-hour event times, in-house catering, and a 4.5-hour full open bar. Included in all wedding packages are everything needed to host a reception - tables, chiavari chairs, linens, place settings, and glassware. Service staff and a day-of coordinator to handle all logistics are also provided. For weddings with a style of cuisine that the Palm culinary staff does not specialize in (to be determined by the Palm - i.e. Indian, Traditional 8-Course Chinese/Vietnamese, or Persian), couples are allowed to contract with exclusive outside caterers. Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery is a Mediterranean Villa in the heart of Livermore Valley Wine Country. Surrounded by vineyards, it is a romantic location for couples to say their vows. The venue features a Grand Salon reception room, large enough to accommodate up to 400 guests, but intimate for smaller guest counts. In addition to reception space, indoor and outdoor ceremony sites are available. Outdoors, couples may marry under a lush arbor within the venue's walled garden. Inside, couples may marry in the Amber Room, a gorgeous ceremony room that features a large limestone-carved fireplace, ambient lighting, and large wooden doors for a dramatic wedding party entrance. It is a garden consisting of a big flat lawn and four terraces connected by curving brick paths, all of which have spectacular views of Richardson Bay. The property is a square acre with stunning views of Richardson Bay. There are benches scattered throughout the garden, each with a unique perspective of the harbor and neighboring hills. Heritage trees, a rose arbor, vibrant floral beds, and a pagoda birdhouse are among the elements of the landscape. Nestled in the garden is the farm house, which was erected in the 1870s when Tiburon was a thriving railroad hub and has been renovated. In addition to two bright and airy rooms, the cottage has an old wood-burning stove that adds to its charm. A fire-school bell from 1890, which is sounded for special occasions, can be found just outside the building. In October of 2014, Eagle Vines Vineyards and Golf Club completed an incredible renovation project to provide Napa Valley with an elite wedding venue for guests up to 280 people. With an outdoor pavilion that sits just outside the restaurant patio on an elevated 4,000 square foot terra cotta stamped concrete foundation, Eagle Vines Vineyards and Golf Club is a premiere location to host an event of any sort. Beautiful views of Napa Valley feature the mountains, vineyards, golf course, 300 yard waterfalls and professional landscaping. A gorgeous clear tent provided breathtaking rustic wooden walls, excellent for blocking heavy wind and providing an indoor/outdoor atmosphere for guests to enjoy. Twelve chandeliers hang from the ceiling of Eagle Vines Vineyards and Golf Club's tent, and white draped fabric adds a soft touch to the venue.
