The centerpiece for private events is the Banquet Center, a 7,500-square-foot facility that opened in 2015 and was designed to reflect the elegance of the original mansion. Roseland Cottage is a National Historic Landmark in Woodstock, Connecticut, managed by Historic New England. Built in 1846 for New York merchant and publisher Henry Bowen, the Gothic Revival estate is instantly recognizable by its bright pink board-and-batten exterior, steep gabled rooflines, and ornamental bargeboards — considered one of the best-preserved examples of the style in the country. The grounds reflect the same Victorian ambition as the house itself. A boxwood parterre garden, designed in the 1850s, contains 21 flowerbeds with more than 4,000 annuals. The carriage barn shelters the oldest surviving indoor bowling alley in the nation, a reminder that Bowen used Roseland Cottage to entertain on a grand scale — four U.S. presidents among them. From May through October, the Carriage House and south lawn are available for private events including weddings, corporate gatherings, and celebrations. The rental includes kitchen facilities, tables and chairs, and two accessible restrooms, all set against grounds that have hosted guests since the age of Ulysses S. Grant.

The Cape Club of Sharon is a country club and private event venue set on 200 acres in Sharon, Massachusetts, approximately 25 minutes from both Boston and Providence. Originally established in 1959 as Spring Valley Country Club on a Geoffrey Cornish-designed golf course, the property joined The Cape Club family in 2016 and was rebranded in January 2017. The clubhouse underwent a comprehensive renovation completed in May 2022. The centerpiece for private events is the newly renovated Grand Ballroom, featuring a dramatic cathedral ceiling, elegant chandeliers, an oversized dance floor, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking the golf course landscape and illuminated outdoor fire pits. Preston Ridge Vineyard is a working estate winery and event venue set on 60 acres in Preston, Connecticut, roughly 15 miles from Long Island Sound. Founded in 2008 by the Sawyers and Helms families and open to the public since October 2012, the property centers on a New England gambrel-style barn with a wraparound deck overlooking the vineyard rows and surrounding landscape. The venue hosts weddings, corporate functions, bridal showers, and private parties across several spaces: the barn and grounds accommodate ceremonies and receptions for up to 150 guests, while the tasting room seats up to 50 guests for intimate gatherings and expands to 100 when the deck is combined. For larger events, a seasonal tented lower green extends capacity to 175 guests. Weddings include use of the tasting room and deck for cocktail hour, a dressing suite, tables and chairs, parking attendants, and grounds access for photography and videography. Fuller Craft Museum describes itself as New England's home for contemporary craft, located at 455 Oak Street in Brockton, Massachusetts. The museum sits on 22 acres of woodland on the shores of Upper Porters Pond, and its event spaces look out over the water and an adjacent patio. Three spaces are available for private rental: the Museum Greatroom, the Museum Lounge, and Studio A. The Greatroom — the largest of the three — accommodates up to 135 seated or 175 standing guests beneath high ceilings with exposed wood beams. The Museum Lounge seats up to 35 at tables or about 50 for informal gatherings, with windows that frame views of the pond. Studio A provides a more intimate setting for groups of up to 20 seated. All rentals include tables, chairs, a dedicated staff member, and museum admission for guests. The museum is well suited to business meetings, cocktail parties, graduations, anniversaries, and organizational events, with rentals available Tuesday through Sunday during regular museum hours.

We can accommodate up to 80 people, with more room available in the adjacent buildings if necessary. The Theatre’s renovations are extensive for both inside and outside of the building and have been made to create the ultimate event experience. There is a brand new raised stage and also previous obstructions on the ground have been removed, in order to give customers the best possible site views to the stage. The stage will have a brand new state-of-the-art sound and lighting system. Artists will have all new dressing rooms to better accommodate their visit. Patrons can enjoy upgraded mezzanine and balcony seating, remodeled VIP areas, multi leveled open room format as well as brand new restrooms and so much more. The Theatre will also soon be receiving a facelift on the front of the building with a new marquee installed in December of 2017.
