Born from a need for a good martini and a slice of pizza, Poco Fiasco is a rowdy yet refined environment perfect for quick lunch, date night, night cap, or a long night out with friends. The lively spot brings elevated pizza combinations to Dallas as well as a robust martini program. Guests can look forward to foldable slices and crispy outer crust, the best martinis in town, and interiors that are a clash of relaxed sophistication and rowdy elegance. ABOUT THE SPACE The design from Harwood Design Factory has a refined playfulness yet is undoubtedly alluring and mischievous. Harwood International collaborated with Artist Uprising to create a whimsical, cheeky ceiling mural art paper that brings Poco Fiasco to life. Artist Uprising is a Dallas-based organization connecting up-and-coming artists with corporations and dedicated to enabling creativity to shape culture for the better. The mural depicts a feverish party turned fiasco combining favorite Harwood moments throughout the District. A few Harwood motifs are illustrated including Harwood Arms and Magnolias: Sous Le Pont as well as signature Harwood District design aspects such as the blue tree from Te Deseo, life-size chess board from Marie Gabrielle, the Rolex building and a few samurai to represent the Barbier-Mueller Samurai Collection. Just like the restaurants in Harwood, the interiors will transport you to another place and time miles away, yet conveniently tucked under an office tower.

With a capacity of 1703, the Majestic Theatre Dallas is ideal for many concerts, comedy shows, stage shows and performing arts events. The facility is also used for corporate meetings, nonprofit fundraisers and private events. The Majestic Theatre Dallas is not available for weddings.

Built over a 55-year period beginning in 1924, the four buildings that make up Lone Star Gas Lofts are situated on a full city block bounded by Harwood, Wood, St. Paul and Jackson Streets in downtown Dallas. Two of the structures, the Lone Star Gas Co. and Dallas Gas Company buildings, are historic landmarks and fine examples of Lang and Witchell architecture with beautiful Art Deco details and are Dallas’ latest historic landmarks to be revived by Hamilton Properties in partnership with Central Dallas CDC.The Lone star Gas Co. Building is a thirteen story Art Deco structure with rich street entrances bearing ornate light fixtures. The elaborately appointed lobby once served as the bill payment area, back in the age when paying your bill meant taking a trip downtown, and still has soaring columns with ornamental check stands, a high beamed ceiling in brilliant colors and relief sculptures carved into the stone walls. This part of the historic building is now home to The Carlisle Room. Opulent is the best way to describe this newly renovated downtown venue. Twenty foot ceilings, terrazzo floors and marble pillars are just a few of the highlights of this historic 1930's Art Deco design. The addition of a private bridal and groom's suite is what it means to have your cake and eat it too.
