For each family, occasion, wedding, or event, By the Sea Guests has it all. The inn has a bed and breakfast with simple guest rooms with one or two beds, apartment-styled one or two bedroom suites, and vacation houses, all of which are ideal for family reunions, special celebrations, or wedding parties. Our three inns contain a total of 46 rooms, all of which are either next door to one other or one block apart. Two of the inns are directly on the beach. One of the inns allows pets. We're off Chase Avenue in Dennis Port, Massachusetts, on Cape Cod's Mid-Cape. We can offer room blocks, though we prefer that customers book directly with us on a first-come, first-served basis. The major inn, By the Sea Guests, is where most weddings and festivities take place. It is oceanfront, with the strip's largest white sanded beach, and an enclosed veranda that overlooks and connects to the beach, as well as an outdoor grass space where a tent can be set up.

On-site meal following the rehearsal may be available, subject to space and time availability. Each morning, you and your guests may enjoy a hearty breakfast in our ocean view dining room before retiring to one of the lovely seaside guest rooms or cottages. Also included are access to a variety of outdoor activities such as our own beach, tennis courts, mini golf course and a seasonally open outdoor swimming pool.

Our expansive ballroom and expansive deck make for great venues for a variety of events of any size. You and your guests will have the opportunity to enjoy our gorgeous location and an excellent experience, whether it is for a celebration, a family reunion, a holiday party, a memorial, a meeting, or a corporate function at the venue. The West Dennis Yacht Club is the ideal site for a fantasy wedding because of its beautiful environment. The Bayside is a fantastic venue to accommodate out-of-town visitors! If you're searching for somewhere to congregate after the party, the Moby Dick Pub or one of our function rooms are ideal! Your wedding shower, rehearsal dinner, or breakfast / brunch can all be held here. After the big event, one of our romantic Whirlpool Suites could be the ideal location to unwind! Business meetings, retreats, seminars, small exhibitions, and trade shows can all be held at the Bayside. Knitting, scrapbooking, sewing, and quilting groups will love our space. We can accommodate parties ranging in size from 10 to 125 people. We specialize in summer rentals that can accommodate multiple families, who want their own space to relax. We cater to groups who want the Ultimate Location for a reunion, birthday celebration or a mini/micro wedding. All our homes are Located in the outer portion of Cape Cod in the small towns of Eastham and East Orleans. Eastham is a great town for vacations in Cape Cod. With the town only being a couple of miles wide, you are not far from the Bay or Ocean. The Bay offers great walking/exploring of the flats at low tide and is an easy walk from our rental properties and the ocean is only a short drive or bike ride away. Our homes in Eastham are within walking distance to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. Also close by is the Hemingway Landing, where you can dig your own shellfish, or drop a small boat and go striper fishing in Town Cove. Down the road is the Wellfleet Drive-In Theatre that offers the infamous flea market by day and movie by night. Provincetown is only a 20- to 30-minute drive away and a great place to book a Whale Watch. There are several festivals that occur in Eastham and the surrounding towns throughout the year. There are also numerous hiking trails at the Wellfleet Audubon Society nearby and a one of a kind experience at the National Seashore. East Orleans, is home to Nauset Beach, the first longest National Seashore Beach, accessible by car. You are able to get a beach pass to drive on the beach but you must plan ahead. Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod is a recently renovated hotel situated two miles from the Cape Cod National Seashore, with four flexible event spaces totaling 7,120 square feet. The Chapel has a capacity of 60 persons and is open from the middle of spring until the end of December.
