Comfort Suites Ogden Conference Center is an all-suites hotel located just off Highway I-15 in Ogden, Utah, near Weber State University and Ogden Canyon. Founded in 1975, the Ogden Nature Center is a nonprofit environmental education center set on a 152-acre preserve in Ogden, Utah. The land carries a layered history — used by Shoshone peoples, farmed by homesteaders for more than 70 years, and operated as an Army depot from 1941 to 1973 — before its transformation into the nature sanctuary it is today. Its 1.5 miles of walking trails wind past picnic areas, treehouses, bird blinds, and a spotting tower, and two sustainable buildings house interactive exhibits alongside live animal ambassadors, including Utah-native birds of prey, ravens, and crows. For weddings, the center offers three outdoor settings — Picnic Grove, Backyard Lawn, and East Side Area — each with its own atmosphere for a ceremony or reception, all within the city yet surrounded by natural vistas. Three indoor rooms, the Discovery Room, East Classroom, and West Classroom, are available for private events such as meetings, family parties, and community classes. Rentals include access to restrooms and a kitchen, and guest admission to the grounds is included with every booking.

The Bigelow Event Venue occupies a historic building in downtown Ogden, Utah, built on the site of the former Reed Hotel and originally named for local banker Archie P. Bigelow. In 1933 the property was purchased by Marriner S. Eccles and renamed the Ben Lomond Hotel, operating as a hotel for more than 40 years before Radisson refurbished it in the 1980s. The building has since been rebranded back to its original name, The Bigelow, and its historic ballroom and parlor have been preserved for weddings and special events. Two spaces are available for rent, separately or together: the Grand Ballroom, which accommodates up to 200 guests, and the Parlor, which holds up to 50. Rental packages include tables, chairs, and linens, along with setup and takedown service, bride's and groom's rooms, and kitchen access for serving or catering use.

Set in Huntsville, Utah on 3,000 acres of mountain terrain, Snowbasin Resort has operated continuously since 1940, making it one of the oldest ski areas in North America, and hosted downhill events for the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Games. For weddings and private events, the resort offers two lodges suited to different kinds of celebrations. Earl's Lodge holds up to 650 guests across multiple indoor rooms and an outdoor heated patio with fireplaces and mountain views, with adjacent parking for easy guest access. Needles Lodge, reached by a 12-minute scenic gondola ride at 8,700 feet, accommodates up to 450 guests with panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and valley, and offers both indoor and outdoor space for ceremonies and receptions. Snowbasin's event packages are all-inclusive: the resort provides catering, beverages, serving staff, bartenders, furniture, linens, setup, and cleanup, leaving couples free to focus on decor. Weekday rentals (Sunday through Thursday) are offered at reduced rates, and couples can choose from ceremony-only bookings, plated dinners, or hors d'oeuvre and dessert receptions.
