The space puts guests right next to the action — there is no barrier between the taproom and the brewhouse, so visitors can watch the brewers at work while sampling a rotating selection of Denver Beer Co. beers. Tours of the facility run every hour on the hour, accommodating up to 15 guests per guided session; private tours are available for smaller groups. Beyond the brewery experience, the taproom doubles as an event space hosting ticketed concerts, comedy shows, community markets, and private gatherings against a backdrop of stainless fermenters and industrial warehouse architecture. The Motorcycle and Bicycle Room — lined with rare vintage bikes — seats up to 200 and is well suited for VIP receptions and fundraiser galas. A Meeting Room handles groups of up to 100, and a Birthday Party Gallery is designed for children's celebrations. The venue is ADA accessible, offers on-site parking, and permits outside catering.     The Richards-Hart Estate is a historic Victorian mansion set on three acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Built in 1877 and extensively remodeled by Leadville merchant Patrick Hart beginning in 1926, the estate was purchased by the City of Wheat Ridge in 1976 and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977. The mansion hosts weddings and receptions, rehearsal dinners, parties, and community gatherings. Inside, period colors, wallpapers, and rich wood trims create a turn-of-the-century atmosphere. Separate dressing rooms are available for the wedding party, and a catering kitchen provides storage and serving space. Outdoors, the landscaped grounds include a ceremony arbor and fountain surrounded by manicured gardens. The estate accommodates up to 75 guests for combined indoor and outdoor events from May through September, and up to 50 guests for indoor-only events from October through April. The property is available for private rental seven days a week.
