Why consider Prosperity Mansion and Farm"? 1) Price- we are typically 40% less expensive than most wedding venues of the same stature 2) We offer THREE wedding packages to make us affordable 3) No Day of Coordinator required- MOST wedding venues now make it MANDATORY that you must hire a "Day of Coordinator or Wedding Planner". This comes at a significant additional cost of $1,200 to $3.000. Make sure that you add that into the quote for the cost of the wedding venue. 4) Select your own vendors- We do have a preferred vendors list but absolutely allow outside vendors as long as they meet our simple requirements. 5) BYOB- We have two local liquor stores that will deliver anything that you want in coolers iced up and ready to go on your wedding day. They will return after last call and refund you for anything that was unopened. Or you may bring your own. 6) A deposit will secure your date 7) Payment plans are available with zero % interest. 8) No hidden costs- We do charge a nominal fee for the ceremony if you are getting married here. However, make sure you ask the wedding venue if there are any extra fees that are no covered in the initial quote. I have heard from couples that once they met with a venue for a tour and leaned about all the things that cost extra that they could no longer afford them. Antrim 1844 is a 24-acre historic estate in Taneytown, Maryland, listed on the National Historic Register. Basignani Winery has been cultivating grapes and crafting wine in the rolling hills of Sparks, Maryland, since Bert and Lynne Basignani founded the winery in November 1986. The story begins in 1972, when Bert purchased 10 acres in Butler with a vision for a future vineyard, and in 1974 he and Lynne planted their first 60 vines across six varieties. Today the winery produces 6,500 gallons annually, drawing on a tradition of winemaking that traces to Bert's grandparents, who brought the craft with them from Italy. The centerpiece for private events is the heated Piazza Pavilion, an open-sided timber structure with retractable side curtains that accommodates up to 100 guests for seated celebrations. Tables and chairs are included with every rental, and a dance floor is available on site. The space is well suited to intimate weddings, birthday parties, corporate holiday gatherings, and milestone celebrations, with on-site ceremonies offered at no additional charge.

The Abisso Banquet Hall, which is housed in a restored 19th-century peg barn and can accommodate 175 guests for a seated event, is the crown jewel of our private event facilities. The barn's impressive 23-foot ceilings and exposed chestnut post and beam architecture are highlighted by its natural wood finish. While the barn has a rustic appearance, it has been completely updated with heating and air conditioning for the comfort of your guests. Suitable for weddings at any time of year! There are enough tables and seats for 165 people. THE GARDEN IN THE WEST Our lush west lawn's rolling, breezy hills offer an awe-inspiring vista of the vineyards and are the ideal setting for a lovely outdoor ceremony. With a backdrop of stunning landscape, designated places for tented ceremonies are also available for receptions and other special occasions. THE TEMPLE OF THE PAVILION The 4,500 sq. ft. covered Pavilion can hold up to 200 guests standing and 175 guests seated and is ideal for a variety of events ranging from cocktail receptions to short ceremonies. Irvine Nature Center is a nonprofit environmental education campus and event venue set on 211 acres of forests, meadows, and wetlands in the Caves Valley area of Owings Mills, Maryland. The property sits within a historic rural landscape and has established itself as one of the Baltimore region's premier destinations for eco-conscious celebrations. The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Environmental Education Building anchors the campus and includes exhibit spaces home to live animal ambassadors. For events, Irvine offers three distinct outdoor ceremony sites — the meadow, the outdoor amphitheater, and Wedding Point — alongside an all-weather reception tent that accommodates up to 175 guests. The Fern Rooms provide flexible indoor meeting and event space for groups up to 110. Rental fees directly support Irvine's conservation and environmental education mission. The center welcomes weddings, mitzvah celebrations, corporate gatherings, and private parties. All vendors and rental practices are aligned with the center's environmental mission, and outdoor events are available April 1 through November 15.
