Host an unforgettable social gathering or have a memorable wedding ceremony at the historic venue setting. Designed by Philip Trammel Shutze in 1928 for Edward and Emily Inman, Swan House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This Atlanta landmark is versatile enough to host a dinner party or act as a pre-function space for the Grand Overlook ballroom. Consider adding a costumed interpreter that will perform historical character narratives. Edward Inman was heir to a large cotton brokerage fortune amassed after the Civil War. He was an Atlanta businessman with interests in real estate, transportation, and banking. His wife Emily was involved in philanthropy, politics, and society. In 1924, they hired the architectural firm of Hentz, Reid, and Adler to design a house for their property in Buckhead, a residential suburb of Atlanta. Noted architect Philip Trammel Shutze designed Swan House and its gardens, as well as many other important buildings in the city. He adapted Italian and English classical styles to accommodate 20th-century living for Swan House, which many consider his finest residential work. Emily lived in Swan House until her passing at age 84 in 1965. In 1966, the Atlanta Historical Society purchased the home and most of its original furnishings, ranging from 18th-century antiques to 20th-century objects. It opened to the public in 1967 as a house museum and headquarters of the Atlanta Historical Society. Formal gardens surround and showcase the 1928 historic mansion. Reminiscent of great Italian gardens, it is perched on a hill with a cascading fountain, terraced lawns, roses tumbling over stone walls, and clipped hedges. An intimate boxwood garden and formal motor court complete the landscape, making this one of Atlanta’s best-known and photographed sites. The lawns can accommodate 50 to 750 guests. Because Swan House is a historic house museum, parties and receptions are not allowed inside the mansion, but your guests can tour the mansion for a few hours during your event.

For more than a decade, SweetWater Brewery has been brewing delicious beers in the heart of the South. We like to say at SweetWater that we're not here for a long time, but rather that we're here for a good time. It's not simply something we say, though; it's also how we conduct our lives. Remember, don't stray too far from the mainstream as we all find our way through life, and drink 'em if you got 'em. Our barrel aging program, which is based in The Woodlands, allows our brewers to make tiny batches of sour, funky, or otherwise excellent beers in limited amounts. With six 88-liter foeders (wooden fermenting pots) and hundreds of barrels loaded with everything from blackberry sours to Belgian-style ales maturing in tequila barrels, the Woodlands is just next door to the main production brewery at 195 Ottley Street in Atlanta. The casual classic, complete with a spacious outside terrace. Our original tasting room, which has developed alongside us, is crammed with SweetWater trinkets and memorabilia that celebrates 24 years of delicious brews. Outside, you'll find a large patio with plenty of space for both two- and four-legged friends, as well as a stage where you can catch some live music. An expensive location with a view of the bottling line level below. You can look down on the action from this spacious upper area, or you may take in some fresh air on the exterior balcony. The Swan Coach House, located in Buckhead on the grounds of the Atlanta History Center, provides guests with a comprehensive overview of the city of Atlanta. This historic structure is home to an art gallery, a restaurant, a gift store, and a variety of event facilities for all occasions. The proceeds will be used to support the visual arts community in Atlanta. With sliding glass doors that open onto a terrace on the top level, the Katydid Room is a bright and airy space. The Swan Room, located on the second level, is a cozy and well-liked space. Sally's Porch is a private room on the upper level with a wonderful view of the grounds. It is accessible only via stairs. The surrounding outside patio and garden are accessible from both sides of this magnificent space, which is encircled by French doors on two sides. The BelleNita Room is equipped with audiovisual capabilities as well as a built-in bar. This room, which is located on the main floor, is the focal point of the Swan Coach House and makes for an ideal backdrop for any occasion. In addition, the Gift Shop and Gallery are housed on the first floor of the building.

The Chastain Horse Park in Buckhead offers a stunning setting for any special event. The venue consists of an upstairs Banquet Room and a downstairs Garden Room, each with an outside balcony that overlooks the equestrian ring. It only opened a couple of months ago, but it has quickly established itself as a popular location in Atlanta, with bookings becoming increasingly difficult to come by. Given that it's the type of establishment where there is a dress code, now is the time to break out that sequin top you've been saving for just the right occasion to wear it. The features in the area are layered to create a calm and sophisticated environment that gradually reveals new secrets as time goes on. Enjoying craft cocktails or sampling bottles of intriguing wine choices or bubbly while dining on small meals from the chef-driven menu is a must while visiting this one-of-a-kind venue located in the St Regis.

Nina and Rafi is a neighborhood pizza business located on the Atlanta Beltline. Pizza and Italian-style pub meals are served, and a complete bar is available, including an extensive amaro collection. We have a huge patio with plenty of seats. We do not take bookings at this time. It is our policy to operate in a CASHLESS environment. We are a rustic Italian restaurant and pizzeria that also serves brunch. Dishes are presented tableside by Chef Cody Chassar and his team, and cocktails are prepared tableside on a rolling cart — making every meal an interactive experience. The open kitchen anchors the dining room, bringing the culinary process into full view of every guest. For private events, Gunshow offers full restaurant buyouts available Wednesday through Saturday, accommodating up to 70 guests for seated dinners and up to 125 for reception-style events. Seasonal menus are designed and crafted by the Gunshow chefs specifically for each event, with multiple package tiers ranging from a 4-course dinner to a 5-course plated dinner with action stations and a full bar.
