The Center for Urban Horticulture is a 16-acre landscaped campus of the University of Washington Botanic Gardens, established in 1984 alongside the adjoining 74-acre Union Bay Natural Area, an ecological restoration laboratory where more than 200 bird species have been documented. Its buildings sit within display gardens and greenhouses used for horticultural research and education. At the center of the campus, Merrill Hall was the first certified "green building" on the UW Seattle campus and houses the Center's administrative offices, the Elisabeth C. Miller Library, and the Otis Douglas Hyde Herbarium. The Center rents both indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, mitzvahs, memorials, conferences, and retreats, accommodating groups of 20 to 200 guests indoors and up to 350 outdoors. NHS Hall, the Center's main reception venue, can be divided into three sections and opens onto McVay Courtyard, while the adjoining glass-enclosed Merrill Commons serves as supplementary space for dining, breakout sessions, and dancing. Outdoors, couples and groups can gather among the trees of Goodfellow Grove or on the open Event Lawn, surrounded by the Center's gardens.

Wild Ginger Bellevue sits right on Bellevue Way NE, next door to the Bellevue Arts Museum and just across the street from Bellevue Square mall, in the Lincoln Square South stretch of downtown Bellevue. The restaurant moved into this address in 2017, a smaller footprint than its original Bellevue home at The Bravern, where it first opened in 2009 to mark parent restaurant Wild Ginger's 20th anniversary. Inside, SKB Architects designed the space to blend Asian influences with a more contemporary look, giving the room a casual but still dressed-up feel, with a main dining room, a bar, and private dining space set apart for events. The kitchen, led by Chef de Cuisine Milan Waduge, serves family-style dishes rooted in the cuisines of China and Southeast Asia, the same style Wild Ginger's founders picked up traveling through Malaysia, Burma, Thailand, Singapore, and Hong Kong back in the 1980s. The wine program has drawn recognition for how well it pairs with the menu, and bottles under $100 are half off on Sundays. Private dining and group meals are booked separately from the main dining room, so a party can be as small as an intimate dinner or as large as a bigger group reception.

Urban Light Studios team of talented photographers remain available to you for all your photography needs. We are no longer accepting events at our Greenwood studios. With great pride, AXIS has preserved 10,000 square feet of space within the historic 1889 Globe Building as Seattle’s most exciting event space. We provide two separate but joinable spaces allowing an event capacity of 25-400+, depending on desired layout. AXIS is centered on a series of 18-foot brick arches blending seamlessly into antique wood floors, with a sprinkle of industrial modern design. AXIS is one of the only large capacity non-hotel event spaces in downtown Seattle and is easy walking distance to numerous downtown hotels, as well as the burgeoning Pioneer Square restaurant and bar scene (right out our back door). Hidden Meadows is an artistically built facility that possesses features of the wonderful landscape that surrounds it. It is located in the calm and picturesque valley of Snohomish, Washington. We've been in business for 12 years and are always learning what our venue need to improve events. Every year, we strive to develop in both minor and significant ways. Not only is the facility attractively designed, with its lovely environment, pleasant walks, and calm atmosphere, but it also has a fascinating history. Tim and Tracy Stocker's children represent the farm's sixth generation of Stockers. When the dairy industry did not appear to be promising, the family began to cultivate sod, often known as turf, years ago. This business was a success, but it left the family with idle barns and undeveloped land. Hidden Meadows arose from the old barns that formerly housed hundreds of dairy cows to the unique events venue it is today, thanks to Tracy Stocker's architectural vision, the cooperation and support of family and friends, and countless hours given to building. The Hidden Meadows facility is certainly a magical change, demonstrating that its blend of country setting and expressive design is an ideal recipe for a superb event atmosphere.

Wisteria Hall sits within the 230-acre Washington Park Arboretum, a botanic garden setting that gave the venue its name — the wisteria vines that climb the arbors surrounding the building.
