Hawksmoor was inspired by childhood memories of how good steak could taste. Founders Will Beckett and Huw Gott (friends since they were 11) opened the first Hawksmoor restaurant on London’s Commercial Street in 2006. More restaurants in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, New York, Liverpool and Dublin followed. Our menus revolve around using the best ingredients we can find and cooking them as simply as possible – whether it be beef from grass-fed cattle, sustainable seafood from around the local coast, seasonal fruits and vegetables or local cheeses combined with great wines and interesting cocktails all served by people who love what they do.

48 Wall Street provides a unique and magnificent event space for hosting corporate meetings, private affairs, weddings and nonprofit events on Wall Street. Located in the heart of NYC's Financial District, 48 Wall Street occupies three floors of a 1927 former historic bank. The Grand Mezzanine Banking Hall has retained much of its original architectural detail and boasts 30-foot ceilings, Palladian windows, and an entrance leading to a grand marble staircase.

Originally a residential block, the Dumbo neighborhood developed into a major factory area in the late 1800s-early 1900s. Soon, the manufacturer Edward H. Cole established it as one of the most industrial neighborhoods in the city. This brought in William Taylor & Sons Columbian Iron Works on Adams and Water Street, a sign making company, a brass foundry, a two-story machine shop and storage facility for E. W. Bliss and Phillips, Doup & Company. Many of these factories in the area were demolished to make way for the Manhattan Bridge. Luckily, the building at 155 Water Street wasn’t affected by the construction of the bridge and has a long history of manufacturing ironworks and other materials. In 1905, Edward Cole used the factory to make steam fittings then leasing out the property to Phillips, Doup & Company, who built steam heaters. Cole sold the building in 1920 to L&H Stern, manufacturers of smoking pipes and accessories. The company used the lower floors as offices and the upstairs as the production space. The simple brick facade, articulated by segmental openings and projecting lintels and sills, marks 155 Water Street as an example of the American round arch style. Additionally, the slow-burning mill construction and history make it an amazing representative of American factory architecture – contributing greatly to the character of the Dumbo Historic District.

Located in New York City, The Love Shack is a surreal photographic location and event space. Alexander and Brittany Love designed and built two life-size dollhouses inside an abandoned industrial building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. A large majority of the pieces of furniture and lighting you see are either original designs, or they have been restored and modified from their original forms. Some of our pieces, such as our one-of-a-kind lighting designs and The Library Chair, are available for purchase. In addition to photoshoots, small corporate events like cocktail parties, weddings, and other intimate gatherings, the Love Shack can be used as a performance space or as a screening room. Marte Hall is a family-owned event venue serving the East Williamsburg and Bushwick area of Brooklyn. Part of the BrooklynPartyHall.com family of venues, Marte Hall offers a flexible blank-canvas setting with an experienced management team committed to making each event smooth, organized, and memorable. The venue has been operating since 2015 and underwent a complete renovation in 2020. Its approximately 2,500-square-foot event space can be customized for weddings, birthdays, Sweet 16s, baby showers, repasts, corporate events, and other private celebrations. Marte Hall accommodates up to 120 guests and features Wi-Fi, an illuminated in-house bar, ductless air conditioning and heating, teakwood flooring, three restrooms, and dimmable dynamic lighting. A prep kitchen is available with a sink, refrigeration, and space for food preparation and staging. Marte Hall does not have a full commercial kitchen, stove, oven, or gas cooking equipment. Outside vendors may be used, allowing clients flexibility in creating an event that reflects their own style and vision

Developed between 1902 and 1912 in traditional Beaux-Arts style, the Emigrant Industrial Savings Bank is designated as a New York City Landmark. Today, after a two year renovation and restoration effort by Culturespaces, Hall des Lumières not only preserves its architectural heritage, such as the marble bank tellers’ windows and interior, but also seamlessly integrates state-of-the-art technology for an unparalleled immersive experience. The venue is a multi-sensory experience, powered by video canvases that reflect onto the walls and floors, 130 video projectors, 54 speakers, and 22 subwoofers. Hall des Lumières totals 30,000 square feet over two levels featuring 40-foot-high ceilings and custom 100+-year-old lay lights. The venue has three separate exhibition areas: the ground floor (Historical), the lower level (Modern), & the former bank vault (Intimate).
