The Fenton Community & Cultural Center has served as a central gathering place for the Fenton, Michigan community since 1938. Founded through the Horace H. Rackham and Mary A. Rackham Fund, the facility was designed by Finnish-American architect Eliel Saarinen, whose modernist approach integrated cultural symbolism with materials and form. A 2015 addition brought updated restrooms and handicap-accessible entrances to the historic building. Five rental spaces accommodate gatherings of nearly every size. The Main Hall seats up to 185 guests for weddings, receptions, concerts, and corporate events, featuring high ceilings, wood floors, and large windows. The VanGilder Room upstairs holds up to 80 guests and offers views of the adjacent park, while the Recreation Room seats 70 with direct patio access. The Club Room accommodates 20 guests for board meetings and small group gatherings, and the Art Room fits up to 52.

Whispering Pines Golf Club is a public golf course and banquet center set on 365 acres of pine forest in Pinckney, Michigan. Opened in 1991 and designed by Don Moon, the 18-hole, par 71 layout winds through narrow fairways framed by towering pines and manicured greens. The clubhouse serves as the anchor for a full-service event operation that accommodates groups ranging from 40 to over 200 guests. Three distinct banquet rooms offer flexibility across a range of event sizes and aesthetics. The Ballroom — the venue's largest space — seats up to 225 guests and features three brass chandeliers, a cathedral-style ceiling at the entryway, and French doors that open to the evening air. The Sunset Room brings a rustic, chalet-inspired character, with two walls lined by eight-foot windows and a warm oak-beam ceiling; it seats up to 160 guests.
