Brewster Academy, a private boarding school in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, opens its lakefront campus each summer for weddings, corporate gatherings, and private events. Set on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the campus combines historic character with a newly completed event center, offering clients a distinctive setting in the Lakes Region from June through August. The Pinckney Boathouse anchors the waterfront offering, seating up to 86 guests for dinner or 115 in reception style. A rustic stone fireplace, staging room, and wraparound covered porch give the space warmth and flexibility, while the adjacent Palazzo Field provides room for tented ceremonies and larger celebrations. The Grayson Center, completed in 2023 with award-winning architecture, accommodates up to 180 guests in a large multi-purpose room and features floor-to-ceiling views of Lake Winnipesaukee and the Belknap Mountains, a full commercial kitchen, an in-house sound system, and an expansive outdoor patio with a gas fireplace.

Timber Hill Farm is a farm-to-table wedding and event venue on Meetinghouse Hill in Gilford, New Hampshire, in the heart of the Lakes Region. The property has been farmed continuously since 1784 — one of the earliest homestead farms in the region — and includes a structure built in 1789 that still stands on its original foundation. In 2015, Isaac and Jennifer Howe transformed the working farm into an event venue; the Forsyth Family Farm now manages farming operations through a conservation partnership with Land for Good. At the heart of the property is the Howe Barn, a timber-framed structure built from scratch using mature white pine harvested from the farm's own forests, then milled, fitted, and raised on site by Andy and Isaac Howe alongside master timber framer Trevor Kupetz. The open-concept barn accommodates up to 180 guests and offers sweeping views of Lake Winnipesaukee and New Hampshire's Presidential Range. Timber Hill Farm hosts one event per week, giving each gathering the full attention of the property. Rentals include tables, seating, and a Wedding Pantry of loaner décor — vintage crates, candle holders, rustic wood pieces, and signage. Farm-to-table catering incorporates seasonal produce and meats grown on site. The venue is ADA accessible and LGBTQ+ inclusive.

Rivermill at Dover Landing occupies the Picker Building in historic downtown Dover, New Hampshire — a structure dating to the nineteenth century, when bales of raw cotton arrived by gundalow along the Cochecho River to be cleaned and processed into the calico and fine fabrics that made Dover a textile center of its era. The building's 1800s brick-and-beam bones have been thoughtfully restored, preserving lofted windows, rugged pillars, and hardwood floors while creating a setting that holds both character and quiet intimacy. The event loft accommodates anywhere from 75 to 350 guests under a flexible open floorplan, suited to weddings, corporate gatherings, banquets, fundraisers, tradeshows, holiday parties, and concerts alike. Tall arched windows carry views of the Cochecho River, Henry Law Park, and Dover's historic City Hall clock tower. Included in each rental: tables, chairs, a 16- by 20-foot dance floor, a bridal suite, and valet parking on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. Since opening in 2011, Rivermill has been operated by Kevin and Starr Sullivan, each bringing more than thirty years of hospitality experience.
