  With a total of 13,500 square feet across eight rooms, we are well equipped to accommodate your event requirements, whether you need a banquet space as large as 3,500 square feet or a meeting room as small as 400 square feet, or any option in between. Our tech department provides your group with future-proof audiovisual equipment and an on-call tech manager complimentary with your room rental. All of our conference rooms are equipped with an LED projector, a screen, Wi-Fi, a flip chart, and a podium with microphone where necessary. We provide trained event staff for each meeting or event so you and your guests are greeted with a friendly face when you walk in the door. They will keep your space clean and your food and beverages refreshed throughout your event. Our renovated facility employs ecologically sensitive Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles, including new insulation, wall tile made from recycled glass, and bathroom floors made from recycled cans. We work to be green-minded by forgoing single-use products in favor of china, glassware, and flatware. We also make an effort to donate any leftovers we can.   Set on the second-highest peak in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Drumore Estate is a 66-acre private estate built in 1938 for newspaper magnate John F. Steinman and designed by architect Robert R. McGoodwin as a 16,000-square-foot Georgian mansion. The grounds include manicured lawns, formal gardens, woodlands, fountains, and pools, with views stretching across the Susquehanna River Valley — a setting couples often choose for both ceremony and portraits. The estate offers several event spaces to suit different celebrations. The formal garden serves as the setting most couples choose for their ceremony, with the Grand Tent, Carriage House, and Ballroom as climate-controlled or covered alternatives for a reception, dance floor, or backup ceremony space. The Grand Tent accommodates up to 400 guests and is typically available from mid-April through mid-November, while the Carriage House and Ballroom provide year-round, climate-controlled options for smaller weddings and events. A fully-furnished bridal suite and groom's lounge inside the mansion give the wedding party a place to prepare on the day of the event. Drumore Estate provides full-service, in-house catering along with an Event Planner/Facilitator and Event Manager who assist with menu selection, layout, and vendor coordination, and who handle setup and teardown.
