The property is an entirely outdoor venue, offering ceremony, cocktail, and reception settings across formal perennial gardens and sweeping lawns with panoramic views of Monument Mountain. HayLoft In The Grove is a restored mid-1800s timber-framed barn set on nearly 100 acres outside East Aurora, New York. Once a working dairy farm — and later a horse training facility with a quarter-mile sulky racing track — the property was purchased in 2007 by Jeni and Jason Burford, who chose to preserve the deteriorating structure rather than demolish it. Amish craftsmen undertook an extensive restoration beginning in 2008, retaining original handmade wooden pegs, mortise-and-tenon joints, and stone foundation. The grounds include cornfields, forests, three ponds, and expansive gardens. For events, the property offers an outdoor ceremony area with comfortable seating for up to 200 guests, set beneath a wooden arbor with chiffon drapes and a brass chandelier against a cornfield backdrop. The Stables — a former horse facility converted in 2019 — serves as an indoor gathering space with antique pews from the 1920s, wooden beams, and crystal chandeliers, along with dedicated bride and groom suites and covered outdoor patios with string lighting. Wedding packages include day-of coordination, three planning sessions, and access to an on-site rentals boutique. Activities on offer include a hay wagon ride around the property, horseshoes, and cornhole.

Situated in Western New York between the Erie Canal and Lake Ontario, the farm hosts weddings, showers, private luncheons, meetings, and birthday parties across two distinct spaces: a historic 1800s English Threshing Barn nestled between a sweet cherry orchard, and an 18th-century farmhouse suited for curated culinary dinners. Gatherings in the barn are set with fine antique china and silverware, unique linens, and seasonal floral displays, with menus built around what the farm is growing each season. The farm's preserves and products are made by hand using traditional, generations-old recipes. Owner Amy Machamer opens each event with a personal welcome and a lighthearted talk on the day's theme, giving guests a direct connection to the land and the food it produces.

The Ballroom accommodates up to 250 guests beneath a dramatic vaulted ceiling and grand chandeliers, with panoramic views of the water. A private bar, dedicated lounge areas, and a private entrance keep the event space distinct from the adjacent Tavern at Windward Lake, which provides a relaxed space for guests to continue the celebration after the reception. Outdoor ceremony areas on multiple decks overlook the lake with a golf course as backdrop, creating natural settings for lakeside ceremonies and portraits. In-house catering with customizable menus, full bar service, and a dedicated day-of coordinator are included with the venue. A bridal suite is available to wedding parties on event days.

    • Spaces for 170 Guests

Heron Hill Winery sits on the shores of Keuka Lake in Hammondsport, New York, at the heart of the Finger Lakes wine region. Founded in 1972 by John and Jo Ingle, the winery began with 20 hand-cleared acres planted to Chardonnay, Riesling, and Seyval Blanc — and more than fifty years later, it continues to operate on a philosophy of handcrafted quality. The guiding principle is "boot prints in its vineyards, not tire tracks": vines are hand-maintained, grapes are hand-harvested, and tastings are personalized. The winery's centerpiece is a tasting room designed in 2000 by architect Charles Warren, built with local stone and Finger Lakes architectural elements. Travel + Leisure recognized it as one of the top 10 most spectacular tasting rooms in the world — one of only two U.S. locations honored. Heron Hill has earned numerous competition awards, including Best of Show at the San Francisco International Wine Competition, with a signature emphasis on cool-climate Rieslings.
