A past celebration for approximately 120 guests, including an open bar, buffet dining, finger bites, and premium meats, exceeded $20,000. This illustrates a past event, not a minimum or fixed package price. The main dining hall seats up to 62 guests, the booth section seats up to 28, and the patio seats up to 80. Room dividers can separate the main hall and booth section. The main hall and patio can accommodate more guests in cocktail-style layouts; capacity, privacy, weather arrangements, and buyout options are confirmed for each event. Room capacities should not be added together without an approved layout. Each event receives a custom proposal. Prices and food-and-beverage minimums vary by month, season, day, time, space, duration, and guest count. Weekend and prime-time room bookings and buyouts require a minimum spend confirmed in writing. Beverages, a 20% service charge, and applicable taxes are additional to food-package pricing. We also offer family-style, food-only drop-off catering for 20–119 guests in Leesburg and throughout Loudoun, Fairfax, and Arlington counties in Virginia.
