Canyon Lodge accommodates up to 150 guests and is available May through November. You can view the vineyard, the Pacific Ocean, and even Catalina Island in the distance from practically everywhere in the event garden. During the day, you and your guests will eat, drink, and dance the hours away as the sun sets in a stunning display of color over the Pacific. The stars appear even brighter and more numerous after dark from this secluded vantage point, making for an unforgettable night sky experience. Catalina View Gardens is a difficult site to conceive of in California for an outdoor event. Catalina View Wines are also available for purchase to serve at your event or simply to enjoy on your own. The location is available for daily hire at a cost of $12,000 per day. A $2,000 refundable deposit is required in addition to the venue charge for damages, over-standard cleaning, and entertainment compliance. The venue charge is deducted from the deposit. All events must stop no later than 9:30 p.m., according to the stipulations of our permission. This means the music will be turned off, food and beverages will no longer be served, and visitors will begin to go. We can only allow DJs that are on our approved DJs list because of the noise limits. We have strict guidelines for sound levels at our events, and all of the approved DJs have adhered to these guidelines while still keeping the dance floor crowded throughout the night.

Use of the venue for 8 hours On the day of your event, do the following preparations: Pre-ceremony Use of Wedding Party Dressing Areas for 2 Hours, 2 hours of vendor setup, 5 hours of ceremony and reception venue use, and 1 hour of vendor clean-up On-site parking is complimentary. Wedding Coordinator on the Day of the Wedding We'll plan and coordinate your rehearsal, ceremony, and timeline, as well as take care of all the day-of details.
