Its signature space, the Devon Great Hall, is designed for evening events, with polished hardwood floors, granite accents, and an 80-foot floor-to-ceiling glass atrium overlooking the Capitol — all beneath a suspended replica of Wiley Post's Winnie Mae airplane. For meetings and presentations, the Chesapeake Event Center and Gallery is outfitted with rich wood walls, granite highlights, a built-in stage, a rear-projection screen, wireless audio, remote-controlled video, and variable lighting, with the flexibility to seat groups banquet-, theater-, or lecture-style. Sparrow Beginnings is a family-owned wedding venue set on 30 acres of countryside outside Stillwater, Oklahoma. It was founded in 2015 by Susan and her three daughters, Jessica, Shelby, and Katie, after the sisters found themselves planning their own weddings at the same time and couldn't find a venue that matched their vision — so the family built one together on a property they discovered nearby. The venue offers a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces suited to both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations. The Grand Hall, an indoor reception space with soaring ceilings, seats up to 500 guests, while outdoor ceremony sites range from the elevated altar of the Promenade to the natural amphitheater and stone aisle of Prairie Song, set in the property's rolling hills. A separate Bridal Suite and Groom's Suite give wedding parties dedicated space to prepare on-site. Sparrow Beginnings remains family-operated, with rental windows running from 9am to midnight, an on-site caterer's prep kitchen, and a large decor rental inventory available to couples planning their event. Two on-site cottages, the Nest and the Roost, give guests the option to stay overnight adjacent to the property's stocked pond.

    Guthrie Scottish Rite

900 E Oklahoma Ave, Guthrie, OK 73044, USA
    • Spaces for 1,700 Guests

The Guthrie Scottish Rite Masonic Center traces its roots to 1889, when Harper Samuel Cunningham established Scottish Rite Freemasonry in Oklahoma Territory. The current temple was built after Guthrie citizens donated the 10.6-acre site originally platted as Capitol Park, and the building was attached to the city's former Territorial Legislative Hall to form the expanded Masonic center that stands today. European artisans were brought in to work on the project, and the temple is regarded as among the top three Masonic edifices in North America for its architectural beauty and interior design, sitting within Oklahoma's largest contiguous historic preservation district. Beyond its role as a Masonic meeting place, the temple is available to lease for weddings, receptions, conferences, concerts, plays, awards ceremonies, banquets, and workshops, with the Ballroom and Writing Room among its event spaces. Wedding rentals with receptions start at $2,500 for up to 200 guests, and the building is handicap accessible. Because the auditoriums are not air conditioned, October through April are the recommended months for events. The temple also houses a museum preserving artifacts of Freemasonry and its affiliated organizations, displayed in oak cabinets throughout the building, and offers guided public tours as well as a virtual tour for those exploring the space remotely.

Founded more than 20 years ago by Thomas and Kim Ingmire, the estate handles every step of winemaking on-site, from growth and harvest through fermentation and bottling, and opened to the public in 2012. Its aesthetic draws on the wine regions of California and France, paired with the natural landscape of rural Oklahoma. For weddings and private events, the property offers both a vineyard ceremony setting, framed by a pergola, bridge, and pond, and an indoor reception space inside the winery, where fermentation tanks, a wine cellar backdrop, and wooden doors give the room its rustic character. The indoor space is temperature-controlled, allowing events to move inside in case of weather. Couples booking a wedding work with a dedicated venue coordinator who manages vendor coordination and event-day logistics, and the venue's Full-Service Wedding Package includes tables, chairs, plates, stemware, linens, and custom floral arrangements. Beyond weddings, the venue also hosts anniversaries, engagements, birthdays, and holiday gatherings, alongside its regular wine tastings and pairings.

For decades, our family has farmed and ranched in southern Oklahoma. With deep roots in the community, we've held a number of events in the neighborhood throughout the years. We were grabbing at straws for sites to host an engagement party, bridal showers, and rehearsal dinner when we scheduled a large family wedding in January of 2015. There were few and far between possibilities. We knew we weren't the only ones who felt this way! The necessity for new venues to serve Ardmore, Madill, Tishomingo, and the surrounding area was discussed and debated at that time. We thought we might have just the property after some brainstorming and a lot of imagination. The transformation of the existing horse barn into The Stables at Washita Farms has been a true labor of love. Every member of our immediate family has been involved in the decision-making process, and many hours of physical labor have been put in as well. Our goal for The Stables was to keep the original barn's equestrian style while adding some exquisite accents and features. We also reused things and materials from our historic property to create something genuinely one-of-a-kind. What you'll discover is a blank canvas that is stunning on its own. You have the freedom to decorate as much or as little as you choose. The splendor of the barn will be enhanced by your choice of event decor! Engagement parties, anniversary parties, milestone birthdays, rehearsal dinners, weddings, vow renewals, family reunions, corporate retreats, and more are all possibilities at The Stables at Washita Farms. Our family's involvement in the management of The Stables at Washita Farms is extremely important to us, and we would be honored to be a part of your special day.

Couples can marry at South Ridge, a forest amphitheater with hand-crafted wooden seating atop the gorge, or in the timber-frame Overlook Barn, which overlooks the whitewater river from decks on both levels. The Wharf, a 150-year-old barn with a stone fireplace, and Ridge Pavilion, an open-air space with farm tables and its own fireplace, offer additional settings for receptions and events. Conference rooms and the North Conference Center provide climate-controlled indoor space for meetings and corporate functions. For private events, the grounds accommodate up to 200 guests, with tables and chairs for that number included in rental packages. Couples can marry beneath the gazebo or under the property's mature trees, then move celebrations into the Victorian home or the two-story Event Barn, a 3,000-square-foot rock-and-cedar structure that seats 200 for dinner and holds up to 500 for receptions, with room for as many as 1,500 across the outdoor grounds. The barn is climate-controlled, with overhead heating and Portacoolers, and its north and south doors open to connect indoor and outdoor entertaining space. Beyond weddings, the Harn Homestead hosts corporate, civic, and fundraising events, memorial services, and seasonal programming, alongside its ongoing work as a museum offering guided tours and field-trip education about Oklahoma's territorial past.
