With two stunning event spaces, the Surf Room and the Ball Room, we can accommodate up to 250 guests and tailor every detail to your needs. Each rental includes a 4-hour private event block, cleaning, and security. Tables and chairs are provided, with options to add linens, bartenders, valet service, and BYOB packages. Catering begins at $40 per person, featuring delicious menu options prepared by our professional chefs, along with table settings, linens, and service staff. Guests may also choose to bring sealed bottles under our BYOB option, served by a licensed bartender. The Surf Room is fully equipped with three 4K projectors, a professional sound and lighting system, and microphone setups, making it ideal for both elegant receptions and presentations. We also provide on-site parking, free street parking, and a private lot available by agreement. Décor is flexible — confetti, floral arrangements, and custom setups are welcome, though open flames and wall adhesives are restricted for safety.
